(Yesssss I donāt want to go canoeing today. I will fight all 9 of my classmates for one of the kayaks. SO COME AT ME BROS!)
(I like kayaking more. I donāt like people. Lol)
(Sammeeeeee I love kayaking. Iāve been forced into a canoe and rammed into a tree. I want my damn kayak.)

(Yep!š)
"Oh, so it is." Her stomach wrenched when she saw who was calling. Ryan? That's not good⦠She hesitantly picked up. "Ryan? What happened?"
He was hyperventilating even as he spoke, āD-Darren and Lillian are⦠I found them andā thereās blood and p-pills. H-H-Help,ā
Her heart stopped. "Wait what? Hold on, take a deep breath, calm down, and try that again. What happened?"
Ryan didnāt stop for a second, not even to slow down, āI-I think theyāre dead, help,ā
Her heart dropped. "I'll be right there. Stay where you are, I'll be there in 5 minutes." She hung up quickly, nearly sprinting out the door. She arrived in 4 minutes time, rushing through the door. "Ryan? Where are you?"
āHere,ā he cried from upstairs, he didnāt even take time to examine the scene, he just saw the familiar scene of suicide and broke down. The tears making him blind to his surroundings.
She bolted up the stairs, her heart stopping at the sight. She gasped, clapping her hand over her mouth. The two strongest people she knew, dead by suicide? It didn't seem possible. She dropped to his side, wrapping him in her arms. She refused to look at it. It wasn't real. It couldn't be.
āHeās not dead,ā Ryan wheezed our asbhe looked up at Darren. āB-Bal does the thing when Darren dies and h-he,ā
Lillian was internally laughing. They fell for it, oh god they fell for it! Her body showed no signs of betrayals.
"Shh, I know, I know. Just breathe, calm down." She didn't want him to be dead, he couldn't be dead. She wasn't sure if her wishful thinking and misery was making her hallucinate or if he actually just said that.
A small smile played across Darrenās lips as Ryan pulled the desk chair out, without opening his eyes or moving at all he said, āAt least I know you care,ā
Ryanās face turned to anger, āEhat the hell man?! You know what this⦠why?ā
āI was beginning to think you didnāt care anymore, you never visit,ā
She sighed, running her hand through her hair. "I knew it. You scared the hell out of me. You can't just play with people's emotions like that!" The last sentence was harsher than she intended but after watching her sister's dead body swing from a rope in her closet, she couldn't stand it when people joked about suicide or made it something less serious.
Lillian was now laughing on the bed hands on her stomach. Her eyes were closed still, "I'm sorry. That worked so well!"
Ryan was sitting with his back against the wall, his face out of sight, hidden in his knees.
She pushed the memories away, what she thought wasn't important. It never is. Shut up. I don't feel like dealing with you right now. She sat next to him, wrapping her arms around him silently.
He wasnāt mad, he loved practical jokes but the suicide route as all too familiar. He shook as he leaned into Belle.
She was always all for pranks but this was a sensitive subject that hit too close to home. She would've slapped Darren if she didn't worry so much about Ryan.
Ryan promptly stood up and walked over to Darren, he looked angry, like maybe heād punch his friend who was bigger than him in height and size even though Darren was āsmallā from the cancer. Instead Ryan hugged him, āDonāt do that to me okay?ā
"Okay if I'm not needed here then I'm just gonna go. I need a smoke break." She sighed, taking her pack and lighter out of her bag, walking out the door.
Cooper sat on the front porch with an unlit cigarette in between his fingers, this was his new fidgeting habit because he couldn't smoke at least not around Darren.
