I was there when humankind was first starting with their primitive tools
I was there to witness each war, each and every disaster, each death
I made family, friends, and I lost each and every one of them.
I was involved with the war mankind fought, and tore themselves apart before they surrendered to the ashes.
I was there.
I walked among all the dust and destruction, reminded of what could of happened, but didn't.

I turned around as Nyx ran over to me, complaining about the stars and how their not aligned.
