"I think it's because it's more serious. How many times have girls said they're dating someone one day and then dating someone else the next? Dating isn't taken seriously anymore." She opened the door, thankful to find it empty and untouched. She sorted through a small bookshelf, pulling out a thin black folder. "Found it! Finally."
"Boy you poisoned him? Hope you don't go and poison me now."
“Like I said, I don’t value your secrets and I poisoned Balthazar before Darren had so much control.”
"Why are you like this Cooper? Why?"
“Balthazar was being an ass, it’s nothing a little truth serum couldn’t fix,” he shrugged.
"I think it's because it's more serious. How many times have girls said they're dating someone one day and then dating someone else the next? Dating isn't taken seriously anymore." She opened the door, thankful to find it empty and untouched. She sorted through a small bookshelf, pulling out a thin black folder. "Found it! Finally."
Ryan looked around, “time number dos,”
"Still need to do a major cleaning in here. The dust is ridiculous."
“Remodels entire house… where’s your dad though?”
She gave him a deadpanned look. "Seriously?"
“What? I’m blanking help,”
"You can't remember the time you ripped my dad's beating heart out of his chest. Wow."
What I didn- oh wait, my basement right?”
"Ding ding ding! We've got ourselves a winner! Now come on, we need to get to the lessons and fast." "Leaving so soon, princess?" The twins purred from the doorway. "Yes. I've got shit to do." "But you just got here. Stay a while, enjoy yourself. In any way you want." Riley smiled suggestively.
“I don’t want to have to hurt them,” he said to Belle, “They’re cute, it’d be a shame,”
"They really are but they're also fuckboys." She turned to face them. "I told you, I've got things to do." "Things? Or people?" Oden smirked. "Things. Not people." "But you want to, don't you?" "No!"
“Ha! That’s my job, I’d appreciate it if you let us go,”
"Yeah but how long has it been since we've seen her? Since anyone has seen her? Too long. She's never around anymore and we have reason to believe that you're the cause. Why not just let her go? You know, you go and leave her to enjoy herself at a fun little party?"
“I’m not forcing her to do anything, if she wanted to stay here for awhile, I would let her and if she asked me to leave I would respect her. Do you know what respect is?” He turned to Belle, “Would you like me to go for a little while?”
"No, please don't leave me here with these creeps. We have to go, Mandy's gonna wonder where we are." She tapped her foot impatiently. Miranda wasn't a person you should keep waiting.
“Then let’s go,” he grabbed her hand and walked forward, “Excuse me gentlemen, the lady has places to go,”
"If you insist. Visit us soon doll. We have some catching up to do." Riley winked. "We'll see you again princess." Oden smirked, not so secretly grabbing her ass as they walked out. "Damn pervs." She muttered to herself, starting for the stairs.
Ryan turned around, suddenly realizing the lack of constraints holding him back from kicking that kids ass. Anger flowed through him, no one touched her that was his rule, no one touched what was his job to protect.
"Ryan, ignore him this always happens." She grabbed his arm, dragging him out the door with her. As much as she wanted to see him kick Oden's ass to hell and back, the twins' parents were the richest people in town and she didn't feel like dealing with the lawsuit that would come with the fight.
“They remind me of a punk rock De Silva. The rich kids, stuck up asshats,”
"Less stuck up, more fuckboy. They flaunt their money and can get any girl they want. Except for me. I'm the only girl in town that no one has been able to get to."
“No one ehh?” He laughed a little, “they actually do look like Gerard De Silva’s kids though,”
"No one before you at least." She giggled. "And they really do! Now come on, Mandy's really impatient." She took off in the direction of the little studio.
“Ahh don’t run I’m lazy,” he joked running after her anyways.
"Come on slowpoke! What's the matter? Can't keep up with the track star who's been the captain for 4 years in a row?" She laughed.
“Not even a wolf man can keep up. Mostly I’m incredibly lazy,”
"Sucks to be you!" She did a few cartwheels down the sidewalk before going into a round-off, landing on her feet. "Gymnast who?" She giggled, running off again.
“Weirdo,” he sneezed and teleported running at her side. “A sneeze did all that… damn, Void shouldn’t have left his shit,”
"But he did." She replied in a singsongy voice, finally stopping in front of a little white building. She stood outside the door, catching her breath for a minute before walking inside. "Hey hey, I'm here!" "Miss Adams! Miss Adams!" About 10 squealing children attacked her legs, knocking her over. An older girl stood near the back, watching the scenario with an amused smirk.
