Ryan slept through ant noise until the darkness of night faded away to the bright colors of the morning.

She was the first to wake, the constant noise finally getting to her.
Jessie: Hey

Jessie: Wake up!
Jessie: Wake the hell up!
Jessie: We've got planning to do!
Mandy: Sorry about Jess. She's really excited.
Ruby: Hey girl! You excited?
Jade: I can't believe you're getting married!
"Damn they love to spam me." She mumbled, still half asleep.

Ryan curled closer to her in a dead sleep.

Liza: I swear girl, if you don't wake up soon, I'm going to break into your house and wake you myself.
Kelsie: Ignore Liza, she's just impatient.
She smiled a little. Yep, she'd picked her most emo friends to be her bridesmaids.
Ruby: Right, when are we meeting this guy anyways?
Liza: I wanna meet this dude! See if he's worthy of my best friend.

He is not, he is so far from worthy but he tries Ryan flinched in his sleep, burying his head from the incoming light.

She pulled up a blanket, gently covering him to slow the effect of the light on him.
Belle: Y'all need to chill. You'll meet him soon enough.
Jade: Oh really?? When?
Belle: Whenever I damn well please.
Kelsie: Ughhh you're no fun.

He cuddled into the blanket making a small cooing noise.

She stayed quiet, glancing at him with a small smile.
Mandy: You still coming to lessons later?
Belle: Of course! And let me be the first to say, you are the second bridesmaid that gets to meet him. Jessie did first but I'm bringing him to lessons.
Mandy: Yes!
Ruby: Whaaat? No fair!
Jade: Yeah! It's not our fault we live so far away!
Belle: Sorry girls. You'll meet him at the wedding.
Liza: What about me and Kels?
Kelsie: Yeah, what about us?
She chuckled softly. These girls were ridiculous.
Belle: You two be quiet. You'll meet him soon.

"Who you talking to?" He asked sleepily, his eyes squinting open slightly, just enough to see blue.

"Well good morning to you too." She smiled. "Just the girls. You know, bachelorette stuff."

He lifted his head a little, "Good morning Beauty, what time is it?" He rubbed a hand over his face.

"6:47 A.M. on the dot." She checked the clock on her phone.

"Why am I alive?" he crashed his head back down on the fluffy blanket he had substituted for a pillow.

"I mean, if you want to go by technicality, you aren't." She shrugged.

"You would think being dead I wouldn't have to endure mornings,"

"You thought wrong!" She laughed. "Besides, mornings are better when I wake up with you."

"Someone's in a good mood," he laughed tiredly, "Do I get to meet friends of yours today, then I should go shower and look somewhat presentable… maybe I'll even brush my hair. But if I'm not then I'm going to lay here and stare at your beauty,"

"Not until later. Remember, I have piano lessons with Mandy. And I still have to grab my folder from back home."
