"Cause their my fucking parents! Why shouldn't you?"
"Cause their my fucking parents! Why shouldn't you?"
M crossed his arms sassily and glared at her down his crooked nose. "Because they're not my parents. You can't expect me to just go up to them and be like, "Hey, North misses you!". They'd look at me like I'm insane!"
North glared at him. "You are insane."
M glared back. "Not as insane as the fuck you're keeping in your head. You're insane for letting him in there!"
"Why are we talking about Zackary?! It's none of your business what I do."
M's glare sharpened. "Isn't it? I am the local Mind Reader, you know."
"That doesn't mean it's your problem too!"
"A lot of things can become my problem," M growled with a slight sneer, "especially if they're shouting at the top of their cigarette burnt lungs!"
"If your so sick of him why don't you just go." She said quietly.
(you're)
M huffed gently. "I think I will."
(fuc)
"Well..bye then I guess.."
M waved a hand with a glare at her, then started to limp away. Limp.
"You're limping."
(time to state the obvious)
(That and, the slight reminder of the one-line rule!)
M glared over his shoulder back at her. "Yeah? And?"
(i know sorry)
"Are you going to tell me why? Or since i'm not a mind reader am I not allowed to ask?"
"Well, since you're on the 'My business is mine', I think not." He continued limping forward.
She followed him, catching up quickly since he was limping. "This isn't the same. You know it's not."
M waved her off. "It is quite the same, thanks though."
She continued looking concerned over at him. "What happened?"
"Nothing important," M growled, quickening his pace slightly.
North grabbed his arm to stop him from walking any farther. "Clearly it is. You're limping, it has to be bad."
M jolted his arm away from her. "I'm fine."
"Stop saying that, you're not!"
"I am, North, now if you would let me get back, I need to make lunch." He shook her off and continued limp/walking away.
"Fine then, i'll just come with you until you tell me." She said, walking after him.
M rolled his eyes. "I'm not going to tell you."
"Why not?" She asked.
"Because I don't want to. It's my business."
North frowned and watched M limp away.
M frowned himself too, yet somewhat glad she stopped tailing him.
Anyway, lunch. Pax'll kill me if I don't make it.
