Rigel woke up in a ditch, his bike not a few feet away. The moon shown brightly in the sky, so he couldn’t have been out for too long. His head pounded as he tried to sit up. He was on the side of a dirt road, surrounded by litter. Rigel gave out a groan at the pain that still coursed through his body but it was dull because of the drugs still in effect. He looked at his bike, “Why why am I here…?” He trailed off, his tongue lead in his mouth, but then it all came back to him. He frowned. He released a breath and stumbled over to his bike. He pulled it over to the edge of the road, almost falling a few times as the world spun, and slid on top of his bike. He tried starting it, but it wouldn’t go. He squinted at the bike, until his saw the fuel gauge. Completely empty. Rigel started walking the bike down the road, stumbling every few feet. He searched through his many pockets for his cell phone. It all seemed so funny, he started laughing. Here he was, stranded on the side of the road and higher than heaven, and it was all so funny. He laughed hysterically again as he found his phone. He looked at his first few contacts, not searching too specifically, and called one of his gang. He thought it was Aspen, but his eyes wouldn’t exactly come into focus. He waited as the phone rang.
Meun eagerly grabbed the chips, beginning to stuff his face just as soon as he got them. He was practically starving since he hadn't eaten in a while other than the diner
Colden just watched everyone quietly.
Aspen spat out her mouth guard and put ice on her swollen cheek. “Silver! You got 300$ from this fight!” Her boss yelled. She put her hood up and deepened her voice “and? You told me I’d get 700$ if I won.” She growled “y-yes well people’s bets haven’t been collected yet.” She pushed him against the wall and lifted him up “you promised mark you better deliever.”
Riverpaw leaned on the counter for a minute, watching August and Meun. She made a quiet, disappointed noise. Trying to get them to not drink this time was worth a shot, but they were at a party, so she should've figured it wouldn't work. Oh well. In..o-other news, August and Meun were being weirder than normal earlier and I wanna find out why.
Belle took another sip of her punch. Or at least, she tried to. Looking into the cup, she saw that it was empty. With a slight frown she refilled it and took a drink.
(Stark, you still there?)
Colden walked over to where everyone was and just stood watching.
Riverpaw looked at Belle as she refilled her drink. Uugh, her too..of course. She hummed in thought, closing her eyes and resting her head on her hand.
Colden refilled his cup with water, not caring too much for alcohol.
Belle glanced at Riv and saw her placed her head in her hand. She bit her lip before taking another drink, knowing how the girl felt about it. She wasn't planning on getting drunk, she just wanted her head to get a little fuzzy…
(Sorry I disappeared, my computer died)
August finished his cup, refilling it just as Belle had. He knew he shouldn't be drinking, as he still had to ride back to his room and make sure he didn't kill himself or Meun in the process, but he wasn't exactly in the mood to think properly. "Are the gang and Liz going to be the only ones here?" He asked quietly, his gaze falling onto Meun as he spoke. He'd be lying if he said that seeing him in his jacket didn't do things to his heart.
Belle nodded. "Yeah, they should be. I don't know why Liz went all out for just us."
"'Cause she's awesome." Riverpaw spoke up, eyes still closed.
August hummed in response. "That, and we're just that special."
"You keep saying that" he mumbled almost inaudibly.
Belle laughed. "All right, fine. Whatever you guys say."
(#Rigel isn’t special XD)
(#Rigel isn’t special XD)
(He's a different kind of special. Lol.)
(#Rigel isn’t special XD)
(He's a different kind of special. Lol.)
(Maybe we all are, maybe we are special snowflakes)
(#Everyone's a special snowflake)
(Oh, I'm definitely special.
Just ask my sister and our friends. Lol.)
Belle laughed. "All right, fine. Whatever you guys say."
He laughed quietly at that comment
(hey, can I join or am I too late)
(eh you can join. and sorry for the slow responses, I'm in the middle of making a cheesecake lol)
Meun glanced around the room, still keeping more to August. He was slightly worried the others would somehow be able to see through him, that they would know that he was crying earlier
(eh you can join. and sorry for the slow responses, I'm in the middle of making a cheesecake lol)
(CHEESECAKE?!? I'm so jealous.)
(yeah, I had to fight half my family to make it (I've been going on a baking spree lately) but yeah I'm making an attempt at making a chocolate ripple cheesecake)
(sounds yummy)
There was sudden, loud barking and scratching sounds from the other room, and Riverpaw jumped up to go check on Tsunami.
(so far I only have the crust done, I'm waiting for that to freeze before doing the rest. my arm is also dead from crushing the cookies with a measuring cup since I couldn't find the rolling pin lol)
