@SaltyLasagna

I wrote an essay about misogyny (prejudice against women) and I titled it "All Women Are Queens vs If She Breathe She's A Thot" (it's a reference to a vine if you didn't know) and I meant to change it before I turned it in but I forgot to and I turned it in to the teacher with that title

@SaltyLasagna

I mean I was given a prompt and state whether I agreed with it or not, and the prompt was somebody calling out Genesis for placing blame on women
It's not like I'm trying to say God is evil or anything like that. I'm a Christian(?)(still figuring it out) but I disagree with the way the bible was written (which was written by a human man). I think the teacher may be Christian but I'm not sure.

@SaltyLasagna

anyway my point is I'm nervous and idk what will happen
(I'm sorry if I offended any Christians, I like to argue about controversial things please don't take it personally)

@SaltyLasagna

I once wrote an eight page essay about the use of weed, I've argued for hours about pro life vs pro choice, argued about gun violence, etc
and honestly sometimes I do it just because I love arguing, not because I agree with what I'm even saying. It's just fun to debate??? (as long as it's a friendly debate)

@SaltyLasagna

I guess because it makes me think deeper about very important topics, and people point out things that I haven't notice and I feel like they've opened my eyes to something I've never seen, and then when I do the same thing to other people it's really cool

i get that….. but just…. ;-; it can ruin many things… make you realised the broken world around us, break relationships…. a dreamers nightmare to have their reality shattered

@SaltyLasagna

I kinda realized how broken the world is a long time ago. And I don't really understand how a friendly debate could ruin relationships? Like if I had people who challenged what I believed constantly I'd love them so much. I know it's kinda weird but it's how I am lmao

it doesnt stay friendly… it goes south and breaks down, the other person pushing every button on you… not letting you explain… not opening their eyes

I get where you're going Connie. I understand that, heck, I get so frustrated with my Norse boi. (and I hold grudges…)
