I had this when I was younger and my brother still has this (He has a medical condition though so that might be his thing). I found people would talk over me a lot or interrupt me and your brain sometimes can't hold focus when others are talking over you, it's trying to listen to what they're saying and won't let you think about what you're saying (If that makes sense) So being interrupted or talked over breaks the chain of things your brain is telling you to do. The best thing to do is take a deep breath, when people have stutters they don't notice it but the fact that you do means there is nothing wrong with you medically. It's just your head getting triggered.

@Crisis

Here's the thing though, it doesn't happen when people talk over me. Usually it happens when I'm having a one on one conversation, idk if that changes anything

@Crisis

I made dinner oblivious to the fact that I'd actually have to eat it
I mean, I knew I had to eat it
But it didn't really hit till I finished making it

@Crisis

Write a story based completely on a playlist of songs, and then act out the story to the selected song

Yessss do it

@Crisis

What's wrong?

Nothing's wrong I just occasionally tremble
Usually when I'm laying down or propped up on my elbows
If I'm doing a plank it gets really bad and I fall over
But atm it's not even bad enough to drop my phone
I just realised there's so many things wrong with me

But nothing too bad, right?

@Crisis

I just asked my outernet friends if they want to help and one said she would if anyone else here wants to feels free

I'd love to help! If that's what you mean lol

See but the fact that you are aware it’s happening means it’s in your head and just needs to be worked out. It’s a habit at this point, take a deep breath and calm down as you talk.

Okie, I'll work on that

Also Path, I really apologize if that sounded harsh. I read it and it sounded mean, I really didn’t mean it to be.

I don't think it was mean, or harsh

I just hate sounding demanding or in any way abrasive.
