Without realizing it, Adira dropped the snake! But Houston caught it, thank god.
(Btw it's an indigo snake so it's not venomous and usually doesn't bite people)

Once the stall had been freed from animals, Cicada used her crystal to set it on fire before climbing back to the roofs. Time to go kill some noblemen.

(Storm would be simpler, all it would need is someone to release the energy. It’s harder to control, but easier to use.)

Cicada ran to the first house. She snuck in and killed the noblemen in his sleep. She didn't like this kind of dirty work, but it needed to be done.

"I'll get the second one," Houston offered, cocking his blunderbuss and entering the silent house. They heard a bang, and then a dog barking as Houston ran out the door, eyes (crystal and all) wide.
"SH*T, THEY HAVE A DOG! THE NEIGHBORS ARE ONTO US TERRIBLY! AH, GOOD HOOT, RUN!" Houston yelled. "AND DON'T YOU DARE SHOOT THE DOG!"
