Brooke followed Cicada. "Yes, Captain!" she exclaimed. Getting her pet had put her in an overly good mood.

"I already got two packages, that'll be able to play some hecka angsty music for weeks. Let's get going, I want to show Olivia and Iv - I mean, Olivia the ship." Houston shook his head, eyes wide.
(I gtg for the night so my characters are suddenly sleep)
Cicada laughed as she continued on to the ship. She said to the others, "We'll be docked here over night."
"Hi" Riseley said, tying their bootlaces, "No one died, eh?"
"Nope. But we got pets!" Brooke declared, nodding down at Onyx.
"Yeah besides that I think we're good." Zoe replied as she fed Clawd some jerky.
"What did you…WHAT THE FUCK A SNAKE!" Riseley edged away from the gang, "No, please don't say he doesn't bite."
(Bye be back in about an hour)
Cicada looked to Houston as she walked aboard, "What no. We didn't buy a snake."
(The snake isn't visible at the moment.)
River came on board with multiple bags
"That's snake! Get it away from me!" Riseley yelled.
(They have a psychic crystal, so does it work this way?)
(Character's will keep them on their person at all times. The crystal allow each person to control said element with a limited amount. So a cloudy clear crystal would allow for minimal air control. However a completely clear crystal would give the user complete air control. In order to use the crystal the user must either infuse it with an item or turn it into powder. The more you use one crystal the worse quality it would have. So you would need to replace it constantly in order to keep up a good quality, hence the importance of keeping the island protect since it essentially 'grows' crystals. So in theory it could work, but I don't recommend doing it :)
(Psychic specifically would require either both people touching, or being spread around the object. So no, it wouldn't.)
(What about storm?)
Riseley sat in their cabin, sketching pictures of flowers, bored
(Poor ivory! https://tse4.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.5abqRy1eZr-FmiArZ6cApQHaG-&pid=15.1&P=0&w=176&h=166 is what I think she would look like)
Josiah nodded to each member of the crew as they walked back up the plank onto the ship. Withdrawing the plank, he set up too his tower to start the ship. Pets, huh? He thought, eyes glazing over each one. A hawk, some cats, and a lizard. Interesting.
(What about storm?)
(Storm would be simpler, all it would need is someone to release the energy. It’s harder to control, but easier to use.)
They were soon waving Oynx goodbye and settling in with their new pets - all except Josiah, who was loving over his crystal up in the crow's nest. Meanwhile, Houston had locked himself in his cabin and let Ivory out.
"Hey, girlie girl. Heyyy." He crooned to the snake, letting it twirl around his hands while looking around the room for some nesting material.
He managed to scrounge up a wooden crate, some newspapers, and wood chippings. He arranged them inside the crate and gently set Ivory down. She looked up at him, almost inquisitively.
"Mice, alrighty. Stay here, my girl." He put the lid on the crate and got up off his knees to go scrounge for rodents before the cats could get at them.
(Wait do you have a pet snake?)
(It was ok for me to smuggle it i guess so yay)
(Yeah he smuggled it. Also they ain’t leaving Onyx yet. I said they’re docking overnight earlier.)
(Oopsies. Well, Houston's still in the ship.)
( No I mean do you have a pet snake in real life?)
( IM SORRY,
