Zackary nodded gently. "Okay." His voice was also dropped in a whisper.
Zackary nodded gently. "Okay." His voice was also dropped in a whisper.
Seth smiles. He hums softly. "Anything you need…?" He asks.
Zackary shook his head for the third time. "No. Nothing I won't get in time."
Seth nods and smiles gently. "Alright…" He pulls away and returns to cleaning.
Zackary turned away too and observed a man sitting at their table. He was broad shouldered and his long black hair covered his face; he seemingly had a permanent smile on his face. He stroked his own hair and turned his head to Zackary, who stared at him without shock.
"You choose to wait, every time. You're an odd demon, Williams." His voice was deep and raspy.
I have my reasons.
Seth sighs softly, washing the dishes.
Zackary sat down next to the man, whose smile seemingly got bigger.
"You'd rather me than Lust? How odd." Death continued stroking his own hair.
Yes, I'd rather death than the sucking hole of lust.
"You really are one of a kind."
Seth sighs softly as he puts the dishes away he glances at Zackary. "Love, are you alright?" He calls softly. "You're oddly quiet."
"Yeah, I'm okay." Zackary glanced away from Death and to Seth.
Death gave a rumbly laugh and sat back in the chair.
Seth nods. "Okay." He sighs softly and turns away bowing his head ever so slightly. His bangs fall forward. Silent tears drip down his face. 'why won't he let me know the truth…' he thinks silently. Because he doesn't love you… A voice rings in his ear. Look at you. You're a pitiful excuse for a demon.
Death leaned forward, still staring at Zackary. "Are you ready?"
I suppose. He stood, regret on his shoulders, but he ignored it. "Um… Seth, I gotta go. My job."
"Ah, that's what you call it? I suppose we do pay you handsomely for it."
Seth nods. "Alright." He manages. "Have a good day!" He tries to sound cheerful. "Take care."
Zackary nodded and Death rose.
Something's wrong. Zackary walked over and put his hand on Seth's shoulder. "Are you okay? Are… you crying? What's wrong?"
Seth rubs his eye ferociously. "I'm fine… Just in a little pain." He says softly. "I've got a headache."
Zackary blinked. "No… you're crying." He turned Seth around so that they were facing each other.
Seth looks up. He sighs softly before kissing Zackary with as much passion as he could.
Zackary was taken somewhat by surprise so he was slow on the uptake. But when he registered the kiss he… kissed right back.
He pulls away. "Have a good day." He whispers softly, tracing his thumb across the others cheek.
Zackary inhaled gently and blinked, his hands still resting on the other's shoulders. "Right… thanks." He didn't move.
Seth nods, smiling gently. His eyes wandering across the others features. "Don't get too beat up, okay?" He asks gently.
Zackary nodded a little. "I won't." He grinned a little.
Seth chuckles and nods. "Good." He kisses the other before gently pushing. "Go on now, get out of here. You're gonna be late." He says, laughing lightly.
Zackary stood there looking lost. "I don't have to."
Seth smiles. "Oh? So you actually want to stay home with me and Jace?" He asks a hint of happiness in his voice.
"Well, I mean… it's not directly important." Zackary smiled a little.
Death shook his head. "It is kinda important."
Shut up.
Seth hums. "Are you sure?" He teases lightly.
Zackary shrugged, the smile growing steadily bigger. "Maybe."
He chuckles. ",That's a first for you." He says happily. Seth hums, hugging him gently.
Zackary shrugged and hugged Seth back. "It's not a last, either."
Seth smiles softly. "Good. Now I can stop calling you in sick." He teases lightly.
