If you're back hurts you could try this exercise
Basically you stand up and put one foot a little behind you, most of your weight on it. Squeeze your butt (not kidding, the description literally says to "Tighten your glutes" XD)
Breathe in for three seconds, real deep, and breathe out for seven, straining all your muscles
Don't do it if you don't want to, but it's supposed to help with back pain :)

Oh, and another thing about that exercise is you can literally do it for two minutes and it's the same as a full day's workout. It's not that hard at all, but it's really really good for your muscles, so that's cool

Everyone in this chat is rad (I'm going to gush about them when they're not here to criticize themselves). I've found some really good friends, and they're also like the sweetest humans ever. I've found an amazing supportive community, which is awesome, but we also keep each other safe and I love that.
