(Sorry I wasn't on! School started today qwq)
They eventually made it through the frozen corridor, having to stop so Scipio could blast apart the ice several times. He was shivering uncontrollably by this point, both from fear and cold. His teeth chattered and they could both see their breath in the frigid air.

Phoenix isnt a fan of robes, so usually when lessons end she puts on her comfortable clothes.
She usually wears black jeans, a white t-shirt and a black jacket.
Phoenix was really worried about Scipio, at this point she felt like she has a real friend. And she saw that he was shivering.
"Here, take it." she hands him her jacket.
"Im never cold anyways."

Scipio looked up at Phoenix, confused. She… wants to help me? But why? He had never really had someone genuinely want to help him before, coming from a family and a house that generally wouldn't do anything without wanting something in return. He cautiously took the jacket, still clueless and wondering what she needed. "T-Thank you…"

She smiled shyly.
"just warning ya, it might smell like cinnamon, i had a cup of hot chocolate before coming here"
Phoenix's smile becomes wider.

So… does she not want anything? Scipio hesitated before wrapping the jacket around his shoulders. Ice crystals were forming on his face, hair, and clothing. Why does the ice affect me so much more than her? Is it something to do with its curse?

"Er… p-probably. I-I never saw her l-leave, after all." Scipio rubbed his hands together to try and not freeze. What was that spell again? I can't remember right now…

She just looked at Scipio freezing, until she remembered something.
"I remember! there is a charm that produces hot air from one's wand."
Phoenix swings her hand in a lot of different styles and movements, until something sparks and she feels a stream of hot air.
(that charm doesnt have a name)

Scipio watched her for a moment before pulling out his own wand and copying her movements, managing to cast the spell himself. "T-That's a little bit better.." He tried to brush away the ice in his hair, but failed. "Why d-do you think the ice affects me more than you?"

"I think… I-I think this ice is cursed, Phoenix. Something about the curse… it affects me greatly. The ice feels as though it is creeping into my very bones and freezing everything. Do you think it's something about… about my background, maybe?"

Astra was deeply annoyed that they left her here. They really were trying to kill her. The ice felt cursed, so she avoided touching it as she made her way to the end of the cavern and saw two door, covered deeply in the ice. Ugh, what was that spell She asked herself before she statted throwing spells at the ice before making it shatter.

Scipio shook his head. "You've helped plenty already, I couldn't ask that of you. Just… I need to figure out what curse this ice holds. Why it affects me so… I don't know. Something about it just seems off and I need to know more."

"Do you have any idea how to find the identity of a curse? Should we tell the headmaster?" Scipio took a tentative step closer to the ice, crouching beside it to get a closer look.

"i-i dont know… i think we should find that Astra girl first, if you wont freeze to death…" She looked at Scipio again, just to make sure he is alright.

"Yeah… yeah, probably so." Scipio stepped back again and looked over at the exit. "There seems to be only one option, s-so I guess that's what we're doing."
