Alice sighed. "Ok then, I guess I'll take your word for it." Before she turned her attention to the fight.

A mat wall shot up between them. "It'd be unfair to tell you while I had to guess," he said with a fake pout. "C'mon, guess," he continued tauntingly. The wall came down and became a ripple in the mat, acting much like a wave and growing bigger as it neared Jocelyn.

Jocelyn managed to stop it just before it hit her. She was also able to absorb some of the power. "Control over the mats?" she jeered. "Oh, so powerful!" She again tried to take his legs out with a slightly more powerful blow of telekinesis.

Riverpaw turned to him, her eyes widening a bit at his hands. "W-what is that?"

"I can control Obsidian, thought everyone knew about the Abomination kid."

"Is that all you do?" he said, now utterly bored. Pillars twisted up around him and hissed, turning into large serpents. "Here, do you want me to sit down so we can call it a day? You're so boring."

Jocelyn decided that she would do it. It would be risky, not for her exactly, but she didn't care either way.
She closed her eyes and let dark power consume her. "This won't hurt a bit…" When her eyes opened again, they were a deep purple. "I'm sorry, it will hurt a lot. It didn't have to be this way…" She shook her head and sighed.

He raised an eyebrow, about to say, Dramatic much? when he noticed the change of color in her irises and narrowed his eyes. The serpents around him hissed threateningly like they were daring her to attack. What the hell is she?

Riverpaw's first instinct as a healer, and a naturally good-hearted person, was to try and hug him, but she didn't want to be rude or intrude his personal space. "U-um, mind if I a-ask your name?"

"This is a warm up!" he exclaimed. "Holy shit—" The serpents leaped forward, opening their mouths, revealing sharp venomous fangs, and literally swallowed the swords. "I'm pretty sure it's been longer than two minutes, coach!"
