Lilith shifted a little too. Sure. Gotta be wary of your heart monitor though.

Who cares… He slipped his hand behind her neck and pulled her in.

Good question. She leaned carefully against him and brought their lips together in a kiss.

Jules smiled against her lips. "I love you…"

She wrapped her arms around his neck and pressed their noses together. "I love you too."

Jules giggled. I feel giddy. Why? This isn't normal for me?

It is now. She smiled.

Lilith grabbed the sides of Jules' head and shut her eyes as they kissed.

Jules pulled on his overcoat, still wincing a bit from his side. "Help me up would you?"

Lilith stuck her hand out, ready to lift him up.

(It would be so funny if he requests her help, then gets up by himself all fine, which knocks her back, and he grabs her.)

Jules took her hands and began to pull himself up. Turns out, he had underestimated his strength. He staggered forward, knocking her to the ground. "Sorry…."
