His head hung in front of him and he sighed. "Okay." They need to talk, but at the same time they need time apart. Cyrus get out here this is your mess. "Do you want to talk about?" Talking always made Zhavia feel better, her and Sparrow are completely different people though.
“He hates me simple as that. What’s there to talk about?” She asked
Cyrus suddenly felt worried and climbed the ladder to see Uriah sitting on the lower branch of a tree. He assumed Sparrow was higher up. Silently, he tried to piece together what was happening and decide whether or not to try to join the conversation.
“We’ve been so close, but I guess him shoving me away and basically telling me to get lost is good. Now I do t have to worry about love.” She gritted out
"He doesn't hate you at all." Uriah held himself back from climbing up next to her. "Cy, just has a lot on his mind." And he is going to be leaving for a bit if Uriah can convince him. "Would you feel better, if he was gone for a while?"
“To be honest no. If something goes wrong we’ll have so much left unsaid.”
"I see." Maybe I wont ask Cy to go then. He played with his fingers, debating over what he should say. "I think you two need to talk again." Uriah felt he was interfering to much and should back away, but if these two don't have someone try to push them together, they might never do it themselves.
(sits in the corner with buckets of popcorn, watching intently)
(sits next to Carrots and tries to take one of the buckets)
(rolls eyes buts gives you a bucket anyway..)
“He too “shy” and doesn’t have the guts to release his emotions.” She snapped
(Guys I need help with a book title)
(i will help, what's it about?)
(Is it the same book?)
"I do have to admit he does have some issues with his emotions. But, with all you guys have been through it's understandable." She was a bit scary when she's mad. And if she wanted to do something to him she could. Uriah would put up a good fight, but would eventually lose. "Why don't you talk one more time. I could go get him."
(I can try to help, but I’m no good with titles)
(Ooft, I can try and help)
(Yeah it’s the same book. Once I find the summary, I’ll post it)
She sheugged
Uriah climbed down and headed back. "Cy?" He called out. Only Cyrus was going to figure this out. Once he found Cyrus he grabbed his shoulder. "You need to talk to her again." 'If you screw this up for a second time, I will drown you.' Uriah mouthed then smiled. "No matter what happens I will always be here for you." A smile was on his but his eyes said 'do it right this time.'
Cyrus’ face drained of all color when he thought about talking to her again.
“I dunno, man. She seems pretty pissed still. And the things I said can’t exactly be taken back. Not that I said anything cruel to her, but… I guess she took it that way, and I feel bad.”
Sparrow climbed higher then jumped two trees
"Do you like her?" That was the first question. If he did, he shouldn't worry about everyone else and focus on his own happiness.
“Well, obviously. Maybe not so obviously to her…” Cyrus frowned. “What’s it to you anyway? I can’t fix this. Only time will help it now.”
"Time wont help of your not willing to talk to each other and try and maybe, go back to where it not awkward at least." This might just be impossible. "Time will only make you drift apart if you won't talk to each other." Uriah shrugged. They were good friends to him now and he only wanted the best for them. "But you're right, I'm interfering to much. You can make your own decisions." Uriah walked past him and laid on the bed. It's up to them if they want to make things right.
Cyrus turned to keep an eye on Uriah. “You’re probably right,” he said, “It doesn’t make things any easier, but you are right.”
"I know I am." He smirked. He was glad Cy understood what he was trying to say. Him and Zhavia went through a lot, more then they know. So, he has a bit of experience, with being in a relationship with headstrong, stubborn girls. Not that Sparrow was like that.
“You’re a good person, Uriah. Anyone ever tell you that?” Cyrus said, turning towards the ladder to go meet Sparrow.
"Go get her!" Uriah shouted and threw his fist in the air, which resulted in him punching the top bunk. "Ow. I really should just stop laying on the bottom bunk. Uriah's eyes traveled over to Eira and her sister talking. He stood and walked over to them. "How are you feeling?" He asked. "I'm Uriah by the way."
Cyrus climbed up the ladder and went out to see Sparrow. He looked up in a tree to see her perched on one of the higher limbs like a little bird. He tried to muster a smile, but it hurt.
“Sparrow,” he sighed, leaning up against the tree trunk.
“Acquaintance.” She said and climbed higher
