Cyrus tapped his fingers on the bark of the tree and thought for a moment, then he felt his heart nearly stop when he realized what she was suggesting. His eyes grew wide.
"Oh."

“Did you know your eyes look slightly blue? And they’re darkening, are you mad at me!?” She asked worried

"No! Of course not!" he said, a little more forcefully than intended. He may have even sounded panicked.
Cyrus felt his heart begin to race. His hands were quivering just a little where he had them in his lap.

(Finally! Hey, would it be cool of Cyrus came to Uriah for advice? Hes kinda just outside and I have nothing to do with him right now.)

(Yeah, but I probably will have to leave soon. I have an appointment in the morning.)

Cyrus took a few deep breaths to calm his nerves, but it didn't help much. "N-no… You don't get it…" He was now struggling to put his thoughts together into coherent sentences; there was just too much going on in his mind.

“What don’t i get? I’m an assassin, I can read in between the lines Cy.” She said monotonous

"I could never be angry at you. Never…" he whispered, struggling to make eye contact. Cyrus' heart felt like it was beating through his chest.
