Darren pushed himself away from her and leaned against the wall.
Darren pushed himself away from her and leaned against the wall.
Lillian sat criss cross looking at him, "Are you doing okay?"
He almost nodded but shook his head instead, he wasn’t okay. He clenched his jaw and took deep breaths through his nose.
Lillian let out a sigh and she moved closer, "Can I do anything to help?"
Darren moved and cling to her, placing his trust in her despite wanting to be left alone when he was sick. There was something that told him she had to stay.
Lillian smiled as she continued to gently rub against him. She was happy he trusted her, "I'm here for you buddy."
His arms pulled his body closer to her, he had little strength and his body was trembling. “I love you,”
Lillian was watching him warily, but pulled him closer to her, "I love you too."
“M-Maybe we should go downstairs,” he didn’t want to leave Neal alone.
"Are you well enough to go downstairs?"
“I-I hope so,”
"If your not certain we aren't moving."
“We should,” the only thing he was certain of was that he’s throw up again soon.
"We shouldn't. You look ready to puke."
“Nah, What about Neal?” He brushed it off. His grip on her shirt tightened as he swallowed, trying to stop anything from coming up.
"Neal can wait," Lillian slowly inched her way to the toilet, "You are sick. Priorities Darren."
“But he— he…” Darren lurched for the toilet.
Lillian started to rub his back, "He's fine. Worry about yourself Darren."
“I want to take a bath or go to bed or go downstairs I don’t want to throw up,” he sounded like a child, as if just wanting it was enough.
Lillian laughed slightly, "Why don't you take a bath and then go to bed?"
She got started, turning on her music. She smiled, hearing the familiar opening chords to one of her favorite songs. "All American Rejects? Been a while since I heard this one." She mouthed along with the words to Dirty Little Secret, dancing along slightly.
(I feel bad I didn’t see this. Sorry Jackie)
(Also I love that song)
Ryan smiled with the song as he set up the fort. He ha dtonhave a lamp around here somewhere….
Lillian laughed slightly, "Why don't you take a bath and then go to bed?"
Darren looked at her sadly, “Help?” He said quietly, he didn’t want to ask for the help he needed.
Lillian laughed slightly, "Of course I'll help. Can you get undressed while I start the water?"
"Wait wait wait! I've got it!" She bolted out and rooted through her bag until she pulled out a string of fairy lights. "Yes! I knew I had these in here! Okay, you use them, I've got muffins to focus on." The song switched to Partners In Crime by Set It Off and she cheered, singing along to the female's lines.
Darren smiled a little, “Kinky,”

Ryan sang to the male part quietly, out of hearing range to anyone but himself as he worked on stringing up the lights.
Lillian blushed as she walked to the tub, "Oh shut up."
She finished her preparations and put the goods in the oven. The song switched again to another one of her favorites. "Twin Skeletons! Yes!" She loved a good bit of Fall Out Boy.

“I’m sick and gross and you still blush,” he pulled himself up just enough to pull his pants off before crashing back to the ground.

“Weirdo,” he shook his head.
