She was too lost to hear him. She squeezed her eyes shut, could he hear the screaming match in her head? It hurt to listen to. She sniffled slightly, hoping he wouldn't see the few lone tears that had slipped out the corner of her eyes.

Ryan winced , he should’ve listened and stayed out of her head. He wrapped his arms around her and lifted her to her feet. “Cmon honey…..”

Her knees were shaking so hard she could barely stand. She couldn't bare listening to people argue about her. What was the argument? One side was saying she didn't deserve him and the other was saying that she did. Now normally she could handle the arguing but it had since evolved to a yelling match and she was backed into a scared corner where she was on the verge of having a mental breakdown.

“It sort of is,” Lillian looked at him curiously.

Ryan pulled her close, he couldn’t stand seeing her this way. “Belle?” The silence between them made his head spin, he had to fix it, she had to say something…

Then, it started. It was rare that this ever happened but it was definitely possible. The glass shards from her resolve were picked up and slashed across her like a punishment. She winced in pain as cuts appeared on her skin. Most noticeably, her wrists and around her neck. (Sound familiar?? I swear that was not intentional!)
