Ginger's stomach twisted. Her BFF had spent 5 months, probably sleeping with her boyfriend. Well, he wasn't her boyfriend then… Wait, was she breaking the most important rule of the Girl Code? "Oh."

"Wait, why do you ask? Did you know her?"
"She… She was my best friend. Her and Lianna Carter. Did you date her too?" Ginger couldn't help but ask.
(Hello. Return of the me!)
(Haylo! Paige?)
(Yay!)
"I think it did, then again how many times have you died? 3 now? I've got some catching up to do. So I'm going to go outside and die of hypothermia," Lillian said moving to get up, "Cause it's fucking December."
Darren grabbed her wrist and pulled her back down, “You said you wouldn’t leave me,”
(Haylo! Paige?)
(Yup be right there!)
"Lianna? No. I remember her, but I didn't date her." Harper had talked about her all the time, he'd kind of gotten tired of hearing about her.
Lillian sighed as she glanced almost longingly at the door, “I guess I did.”
Ginger felt slightly relieved. She came over and sat beside him on the bed.
He smiled sleepily. Hayley really did a number on his energy but of course he would never say that.
"Sleepy?" she asked, kissing him affectionately.
"But the fire is so delightful." She hummed back. This was a classic song, how could she not know the words.
“And since there’s no place to go,” his voice got louder, more confident. It echoed through the clearing which made him laugh.
Lillian sighed as she glanced almost longingly at the door, “I guess I did.”
“December is when we don’t do stupid things. I had my own tragedy and reason for hating December but instead I try to find reasons to Love it,”
"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow." Hers seemed to only get quieter. She knew that her voice would echo and she hated hearing it so she kept her voice quiet.
"A little. Hayley wears me out." He got a small jolt of energy from her lips.
Lillian sighed as she glanced almost longingly at the door, “I guess I did.”

“Why would anyone love such a cold month? Nothing good has ever happened in December. Not one good thing.”

"Well, she's gone," Ginger whispered. She deepened the kiss.
"Hallelujah." He muttered, pulling her closer.
"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow." Hers seemed to only get quieter. She knew that her voice would echo and she hated hearing it so she kept her voice quiet.
“It’s snowing!” He cheered like it wasn’t incredibly obvious.
Ginger giggled into his mouth.

But it was her favorite. “The Love of my life was born in December,”
"Yeah no shit Sherlock." She laughed. She turned her face to the sky, catching snowflakes on her tongue.
He smiled against her lips, pulling her onto his lap so he could wrap his arms around her waist.

Ryan fell back off the swing and into the snow. “Oww,”
"Oh geez, are you alright?" She leaned back in her swing, just looking at him.

“…Rephrasing, not one good thing for me as come from December,” Lillian had a slight blush on her face.

Ryan closed his eyes with a sigh, “My guitar is too far away I think I’m having withdrawals,”

“The gift of life………”
