"Okay then. Whatever." She pulled out a few more things and got to work on that on the counter next to the fridge. She made herself a classic ham and cheese sandwich and decided to go with a downgraded BLT for him, replacing bacon with ham. She wrapped them all up like a mom preparing lunch for her children and brought them to the counter where he was.

“What’s next?” He put the top on he cookie container.

"Well, gather whatever other snacks you want and I'll grab a basket because we all know it's about the aesthetics." She readjusted the flannel around her shoulders, tightened her belt, and bent down to look through the cupboards for a basket.
