Anything she was going to say dissolved in her mouth. Her thoughts went quiet and the moment took over.
Anything she was going to say dissolved in her mouth. Her thoughts went quiet and the moment took over.
The hand on her cheek moved to her neck and eventually, just like his other arm, wrapped around her to pull her closer.
Her hands moved from their complacent spot in her lap, up over her chest and shoulders, until they met around his neck and laced together.
And there it was, focus, that of which he was always looking for had been found in seconds. He was completely focused on her, her hands, her body, her lips on his, their kiss that made his mind fuzzy yet somehow cleared the smoke that usually lingered there.
Usually when her mind went quiet, it was rare and she would sit and do nothing in order to enjoy it, but somehow he could make that silence appear like it was nothing. It would just shut off and she could let her senses guide her. His touch, his taste, his scent, everything filled her senses and she couldn't think.
Way before she came he was hollow, empty, a broken man but every time he was with her, he finally felt whole, like every mistake, every bad thing that had every happened was no longer worth remembering because all that mattered was this moment, all that mattered was being with her.
All of her friends had been growing up around her. Getting boyfriends and girlfriends and moving on with their lives while she was stuck in their shadow, forced to stay down and into a box that was too small for her. But somehow, in some way she couldn't explain, he made her whole. Took her broken heart and fixed it, even if it was only for a while before he left again.
He pushed with a slow force putting Belle on her back, Ryan over her, not breaking their lips a part for a moment. It all slow and that made Ryan's head spin, he didn't mind, in fact he rather enjoyed it.
The slow pace would usually annoy her but this time she didn't mind. It was more loving, caring. Like a promise.
Ryan pressed himself close, feeling her under him made him smile a little. There was a feeling between them in every place they made contact, a tingling like sparks of electricity bouncing between them.
His touch sent sparks across her skin, paralyzing her in place. She didn't, couldn't, move. He was a drug she couldn't get enough of, destined to be an addict for the rest of her life. Not that she minded.
One of his hands smoothed over her arm just to feel the sparks, his tongue content with her's.
She could feel the electricity jolt up her arm every place he touched. This was a pleasant change from the usual speed and pacing of their normal kisses. This was soft and loving, more mature. Like a couple who'd been in love for a long time.
Despite the winter atmosphere her lips tasted like June, the warm freedom of summer rushing over him like a wave. His body institutionally resembled the wave he felt, moving up and down from the kiss but not fast, barely noticeable.
The winter temperature disappeared, replaced with the fresh crisp taste of October. A perfect autumn day. The leaves in bright colors, the last rays of summer's warmth gracing the land with a wind that hinted at the chill to come. She shivered from the imaginary chill, so small it was barely there.
He swore he could hear an opus in her kiss that felt like it completed his life, his everything. This would forever be his and sometimes it baffled him how insanely lucky he was. His hand moved down her arm to her ringed hand that he held with a small smile.
She laced their fingers together, a smile tugging at her lips. Maybe her soul knew someone was out there for her and that she just needed to take a chance to find them. She never expected to get this far. She thought that he'd be like the other stories she'd heard. People taking advantage of emotional women and then leaving them after a few days. But here she was, in love and engaged to the most perfect boy she would ever meet. She couldn't believe how lucky she was.
Ryan moved his lips off of her's, reattaching them to her check, then her jaw and eventually her neck with a small laugh. His hand help her's tightly.
She tilted her head slightly so he had more room. His breath against her neck sent chills down her spine.
Ryan continued to place soft kissing on her neck, he didn't know why it was so appealing, maybe her scent or her taste, maybe it was just another way to be close to her.
He hit a sensitive area and her breathing hiccuped. She couldn't help it, it just felt nice.
He nibbled at her ear and whispered a quick, "I love you,"
"I love you too." She whispered back.
Ryan sat up a bit, his face hovering over her's with a sly grin, "I love you three," His smile only grew, like a mischievous child.
"I love you four." She smiled a little, deciding to play along with his little game.
"For what?" his eyes brow moved up and back down as he spoke.
"Forever." She smiled, letting herself get lost in his eyes.
(Sup guys.)
Ryan laughed, "Good because I plan on loving you forever too,"
(Sup guys.)
