Torin laughed a little and sat back, gazing at Leon.

"Why are you laughing?"

"I'm not really sure honestly."

"Okay then?"

Torin glanced out the window and stopped smiling. He jumped up and ran behind a counter and crouched down, keeping his eyes on the window.

"Is something wrong?" Leon glanced out the window to see what he was so afraid of.

"I gotta go." Torin said, waiting until his father crossed the street and rounded the corner before grabbing his bag and walked hurriedly towards the door.

"What do you mean?" Leon followed him, confused.

"My father will kill me if i'm not home. I'm sorry, I really am."

Leon nodded. "It's fine, I understand, see you tonight?"

Torin smiled in his direction. "I'll try." He hurried out the door and climbed up to his room.

Leon smiled back and sighed when he left, he started walking to his own house.

Torin flopped down on his bed, grinning and pulled out his phone.
I miss you.
He took his homework out and started working on it when he heard his father come in. He didn't come up to Torin's room thank god.

Leon flopped down on his couch and pulled out his phone, blushing slightly.
Same here…..wait….we forgot to check if we were soulmates or not.
Leon checked if he did his homework or not and sighed in relief when he saw that he did his homework for school.

How might we go about doing that?

I don't know.

I can sneak out in about an hour. Is that okay?

I don't want you getting hurt because of me.

No it's fine, really. In an hour?

Okay then. See you in an hour, at the cafe again?

(i'll be gone like all day i think until the evening)
Yeah. See you.
Torin got up off his bed and opened his door quietly. He peeked downstairs and found his father passed out on the couch. An hour later, his door was closed and locked as he climbed down to the ground and started walking to the cafe.

(srry about that, my dad's flight got cancelled and he had to use my laptop for work)

Okay then, see you.
Leon rolled off his couch and started walking to the cafe.

Torin got to the cafe and sat down. He put his earbuds in and turned the music up, tuning everything else out.

Leon walked into the cafe and looked around for him. He smiled and waved at him when he saw him listening to something on his phone.

(he's listening to panic! at the disco cause why not)
Torin returned the smile and took one earbud out. "So, soulmates?"

(yesss, P!ATD is life)

"I hope so." He sat down in a chair in front of him and held his hand out.

Torin frowned, a little confused. He took Leon's hand.
