"Peppermint leaves. They help with depression."
"How?" He took a sip and immensely enjoyed the cool refreshment.
(I'm trying to find an accurate answer on google but google is being a butt)
(Okay xD)
(They don't give me anything other then basically 'IT JUST DOES')
(xDDD YES OF COURSE)
Sia sat down and launched into a excited explanation. She paused five minutes later. "I'm rambling, aren't I? Sorry."
"No, it's alright!" Gij had a smile on his face. "I love it when people ramble. It helps me. I promise."
Sia smiled. "Okay. Is it alright if I ask you a question?"
"Sure, go ahead." His smile faded somewhat.
"What do you like to do? What are your hobbies?"
"M-my hobbies? I… I like reading… and I write some too. Oh, and I draw… but I'm no good at it (says every GOOD artist ever)."
(Amen Gij. Amen.)
"What kind of things do you like to draw?"
(Same.)
"Oh, just… stuff. I've drawn for a long time so it's a variety. I might have my sketchbook somewhere on me…"
"Cool. What do you like to write? Poems, limericks, sonnets, short stories?"
"Qwestoriu… ah, here it is." Suddenly his sketchbook appeared. "I like writing small stories."
"Cool! What genre?"
"Uh… romance, but I'm no good at that, either." He laughed.
Sia chuckled. "The only way to write better is to write more."
(And that is actual advice from a friend who has a major in literature and english)
(Yeeep i know)
"Yeah, it's the same for drawing too." Gij started to look through his old stuff.
(I gtg, night!)
"Cool." Sia glanced at the clock. "I'm going to quick get something to eat."
(Night!)
"Okay." Gij closed his sketchbook and put it in his sweater.
(Are you here?)
(Yuss)
"You should eat too." She said, opening the fridge.
(eyyyy)
"I don't need anything, thanks."
(:D)
"Gij, you haven't eaten since breakfast. At least have a slice of cheese or something. You need protein."
"Um… do you have a hard-boiled egg? I'm kinda hankering for one right now…"
"Lemme see…" She searched through the fridge. "Yup! You're in luck. Does Sobex want anything?"
Sobex had flown from Sia's room when they moved and was now curled up in a warm cushion-like pile.
"He might be asleep right now. I guess I worried him too much for him to be able to sleep."
"Yeah." She handed the egg to Gij and went back to the fridge. She pulled out a tupperware of meatloaf and placed it in the microwave.
