"You alright?" Sia asked.

(M is onn)
Gij nodded. "Yeah, I suppose so."

"Okay. You hungry at all?"

"No… not really. Thanks for offering. I think I'll just sit here…"

"Okay." Sia stood up. "I'm going to make myself some chamomile tea. Do you want some?"

"No thanks."

"Okay." She walked into the kitchen and went about making tea.

Gij hugged himself and stared blankly at the wall; his throat hurt. Was he coming down with something?

Sia walked back in with her cup and sat down.

Sobex yapped quietly and nudged Gij. He didn't respond.

What should I do? Sia mouthed to Sobex, hoping he could read lips.

Sobex lashed his tail a little and his stripes glowed the romantic red.

(I'm just going to apologize in advance, because I haven't had much experience in romance)
Sia sat down next to Gij. "Do you want to talk about anything?"

(Oh that's okay. I don't have much either, but I can do an okay fluff scene. I have never had a real fluff experience though, so I try)
Gij shook his head. "No, thanks, though. You probably know all my problems already." He sighed deeply.
(Also I'm afraid that Gij is too Gary Stu-ish so I'm being really conservative of him. I've never played a half-human before, so I'm afraid he's too perfect and it's making me really mad at myself)

Sia put an arm around him. "I doubt I know all your problems. And we don't have to talk about problems."

Gij shook his head. "All my problems are simple and stupid. I really feel like no one cares. Whenever they say they do, they're usually lying."

"They aren't stupid Gij."

"They're pretty stupid in my opinion." He sighed deeply and shook his head. "It feels like every other person has been through it, but has been helped and they've just sprung back up again… I don't understand how they can…"

"Problems have the tendency to do that." Sia murmured. "Just because others have been through similar problems, doesn't mean yours are invalid or stupid."

Gij squeezed himself harder. "Because of that I try to ignore them but it doesn't work… so it results in me being… well really quiet. People have always told me bad stuff and every comment sticks…"

"Meanies." Sia muttered. She hugged him.

Gij mumbled how they were right and hugged her back.

"They aren't right Gij." Sia insisted.

"They are. They all said I'm a weird freak, and they were right."

"You aren't a freak Gij."

"I'm a damn freak and it's disgusting."

"No, you aren't." Sia insisted firmly.

"Yes I am. But I'm okay with people calling me that. I totally agree where they are coming from."

"That doesn't excuse them." Sia said. "Just because you are different, doesn't mean they should bully you."

"It's just nature. I can't blame them for how humans are born!"
