Vin tailed him and pulled out his wallet. "Is there an area that… doesn't have a line?"
Vin tailed him and pulled out his wallet. "Is there an area that… doesn't have a line?"
"Um…the far one looks like it doesn't have one," Vien said before walking over to the farthest checkout line
Vin set the bags on the conveyor and pulled cash out of his wallet.
(oof sorry for being so on and off, I keep falling asleep lmao)
Vien pulled his wallet out too, glancing up at the screen to see how much they owed. "Are we splitting it?"
(That's alright xD)
"Yeah, I think that's what we agreed upon." He pulled out some money.
Vien carefully divided the amount before pulling his share out of his wallet. He handed the money neatly to the cashier before walking over to the bags
Vin gave his portion to them and took the bags. "I'll do it."
Vien was in the process of reaching for one when Vin stopped him. "Aw, but I wanted to help," he said as he gave Vin small pout
"No. It's alright." He nudged him with a shoulder. "It's the least I could do. You help me out so much already."
Vien sighed dramatically. "Alright, you win. Let's head back to the house so we can stuff ourselves with all this food," he said with a small laugh
Vin laughed too and walked outside.
Vien followed him out, hopping in the car while he waited for Vin to get in
Vin hopped in and turned on the A/C. "It's really hot… my god…"
"Probably because I'm in here," Vien joked as he leaned back in the chair. It really was hot, but he didn't mind too much. This was nothing compared to being inside a burning building
Vin chuckled and started driving.
Vien reached over, turning the A/C all the way on. "Okay, I admit, it's hot in here."
"Hell yeah it is." He leaned over and made a sizzling noise as he touched Vien's shoulder.
Vien laughed at that. "You're such a dork," he teased
"And you're a hunk." He grinned and leaned back into the seat.
"I am a hunk," Vien agreed, grinning as he leaned back a bit in his seat. "I mean, have you seen these muscles? I could be a bodybuilder," he chuckled as he held one arm up and flexed
"Yeah, I have. You've done more with them too. I was very impressed."
Vien's smile turned a bit more sly at that. "I certainly wouldn't mind doing a repeat performance."
"Oh really? Well, I might have to think about it and decide…" Vin smirked.
"Mm, you think about it," Vien said smugly, giving Vin a smirk as well before returning to looking out the window
"Yeah… I will. I'll think about it long and hard before I give you my answer."
Vien had to resist the urge to laugh at that. "Okay, you do that," he eventually said
"Yeah… I will."
Vien simply chuckled, returning to looking out the window as he smiled to himself
Vin's smirk remained as they drove, and they got back to his house.
Vien hopped out of the car first, just so that he could grab the bags this time
