"Uh," He looked at the price, "$570,000."

"We'd be able to afford that, with slight difficulty, but we'd be able to."

"Yeah, well I can do some overtime if need be."

"Nah, we could just take a loan from the bank or something."

"Sounds good. Shall I get in contact with the agents?"

"Yeah."

"Cool," He gets the phone number up, "I'll call them now." He stands and picks up the landline.

"Okay."

He dials the number and not 5 seconds later he's answered. He askes about the house and sets a date to go over and look at the house. "We are free next Wednesday, right?" He asks Lil, blocking the mic with his hand.

"Yeah, when aren't we?"

Razin shrugged, confirming the date over the phone. He hung up and put it back on its stand.

"Fun. Is there any other takers on the house?"

"There's one other, I don't have many details about that but I think they've already seen the house."

"Oh shit. So we'd better hope our deal is better, huh?"

"Yeah, also swear jar. The baby's here."

"Ugh… sorry…"

"We should also have some backup plans for this though." He sat back down on the couch.

"Yeah, are there any other homes?"

"Hopefully," He pulled his laptop back onto his lap. He slowly scrolled through the houses.

Lil looked over his shoulder, waiting.

"Are we going to want another kid?" He asked, "Because if so we might want to get a bigger house now."

"That's unfortunately up to you."

He paused, looking at her. "Uh, I mean if we don't want another one I could get a vasectomy."

"No, you don't have to do that." Lil rolled her eyes.

"Okay," He nodded, "Anyway if we do want another kid we can just put them in the shed. Maybe add soundproof walls," He joked.

Lil chuckled. "I'll think about it."

"You do that, but for now we've got this little troublemaker too look after," He said, brushed Killian's short hair back on his head.

Killian fussed quietly and snapped for his hand. "I… don't think he likes that."

"Noted. He doesn't like his nose being booped or his hair being pulled back."

"He's very sensitive." Lil giggled.
