I seriously need to talk to my mom about this lol. I had like
a really really bad day a few weeks ago. Following a panic attack that lasted… idk a really long time. Probably around a half hour, maybe an hour, the night before. So she kinda knows that I'm depressed. But I haven't like, sat down with her and told her about it. And I really should. Esp bc my depressive episodes are getting longer and closer together and more intense lol

I am trying to be better about getting help. I did my history final (which was a social activism project) on mental health and like…. yeah, you gotta destigmatize mental health and you gotta talk about it or it will only get worse and like…. yeah, no. Mental health stigmatization is terrible and it doesn't help that we don't know a ton about it.
Okay sorry kinda rambling now but I can talk about this for a long time.
Essentially I'm trying to put into practice what I've learned
