"Eria, can you climb down a ladder?"
"Eria, can you climb down a ladder?"
“I-I can try.” She replied, slowly climbing off Alexander and making her way down the ladder carefully
Once Eria was down Alexander followed to help her stand "lets get you into a bunk… lords knows you need a rest, being stabbed and all that…"
“T-thank you for the help.” Eira said, giving Alexander a small smile and a kiss on the cheek before making her way to a bunk by herself.
"Wow, this is so cool." Zhavia saod once she was down. She helped Krista get the rest of the way down and led her to a bed. After that Zhavia immediately laid on a bed and got comfy. "Yes, finally I can lay down."
Alexander blushed "n-no problem…" he tended to his wounds in more detail.
Cyrus followed everyone else down and curled up in a corner by himself, doing his best not to sob. He felt so at fault for everything that happened. He should have insisted they stay closer together, or something. Anything that would’ve prevented this.
Luna was sitting in a different corner reading through her files. The two files from different guilds, was shockingly similar at the beginning. The only difference that the one from her guild had certain things crossed off.
(I hate you depression, I hate you so much, please go away.)
Zoe carefully covered the hatch back up and closed it before checking on everyone. "Bathroom is over there along with the med supplies, kitchen, and the supplies are hidden all over the house." Zoe directed before she gestured to an empty room. "And I'll be in there if you need me." She added before walking away and closing the door behind her.
(I know how you feel)
Eira glanced over at the door Zoe had just gone through and sighed, also quickly glancing at Alexander before drifting into sleep.
For how tired Zhavia was couldn't sleep. She tossed and turned in bed. "Man," she said quietly and got up. Her feet led her to the kitchen. Grabbing a glass she filled it with water and sat in a chair she found by the counter.
Alexander had passed out against a wall but his head faced Eria. he had been clutching a small stone and seemed to be breaking it in his hands as his hands quaked, he woke to the stinging pain of his arms and had to change the bandages.
(Well to sum it up, I want to curl up in a ball and die.)
Once she closed the door, Zoe leaned against it before slidding down onto the floor. No, she couldn't close her eyes anymore without seeing him, cold, harsh, eyes staring back at her without mercy or regonition. This was all my fault. Why me? Tears streamed down her cheeks as she pinched her noise bridge.
Zoe, Zoooeee, ZOE!
Luna spotted something on the files that made her face drain from blood. All these years, she had thought… She had thought….. But….. No…. Why? Why?! WHY?! She put the files away and curled up. Why would her parents sell her to an assassins guild? Why would they give her to the highest bidder? Why?!
(Alexander: Welcome to the club.)
(Luna: Can I leave the club now?
Me: No get back in there.)
(Zoe:I'll join the club.
Me: No, I will go in for you.)
Alexander caught the paleness of Luna's face "what's wrong?" he asked applying new bandages to his arms.
Luna was almost dead silent as she responded quickly, "Nada."
Cyrus eyed her. “You were reading the files. Anything interesting?”
Luna snapped, "I said nothing. There was absolutely nothing!"
Zhavia gou up and went through the cupboard one more time. What she found was something she shouldn't get into but, who cares. Pulling out the bottle of wine she poured herself a glass. She brought the bottle of wine with her to her chair. "Wonder if anyone's awake."
Zoe took a ragged deep breath as she wiped tears from her tear-stained cheeks. Her eyes were probably puffy red and her hair was probably a mess. She was in there for a while, so she figured everyone was asleep as she opened the door.
Eira tried sleeping but after a while she woke up from pain and nightmares. She sat up, winced and tried to calm her breathing down. He ran a hand over her face then looked down at her bandage.
Alexander, after replacing his bandage, glanced at Eria and walked to her bunk "you ok?"
Cyrus was now curious. He located the files on himself and began reading. There was a lot to read, and quite a bit was positive and talked about his skill in planning missions, but then of course, he read through a section highlighting his weaknesses, and there were just so many.
Cyrus flipped to the section on his history and lineage, and he threw the file across the room.
“Damn you, Panther!” he cried out.
The first cup was gone before she knew it. The alcohol burned her throat but it didn't bother her. "Forget the glass," she decided it would just be easier to drink from the bottle.
“I’d say yes but then I’d by lying.” She said quietly, not looking at Alexander because she had tears in her eyes.
Luna looked up to Cyrus. She whispered quietly, "What did it say?"
“Well, he was responsible for sending both of my parents on a mission against this guild that killed them both. And what’s he done? Sent me on the same sort of mission with my friends, and we nearly failed. In fact, we didn’t reach all our objectives, and I expect him to be pissed that we couldn’t do something that even adults with more experience couldn’t do!” Cyrus explained, becoming a little flustered in his anger, “Sure, missions are dangerous, but we should go in knowing that we could die. Not expecting to die…”
