Hey honey. The first thing you need to know is that none of this is your fault. This is not your fault. Second, we love you. You are loved. Third, families fight, and it is hard and it is scary. I am incredibly sorry that you are going through this. You don't deserve this.
I may not be able to really help solve your family's tension, but know that I love you and I am here for you and you can DM me and vent or cry or just whatever you need, and I will listen. I'll also offer words of comfort or advice if you'd like, but sometimes people just need someone to cry on and for them to listen. So I'll be that person. Whatever you need.

Alright, advice time:

1. Confide in someone. If you have siblings, it's good to have sibling solidarity, if not, friends. Most friends won't even pry about the details and will support you regardless of whether or not your willing to open up completely.
2. Journal/Create. Write down your feelings. Draw vent art. Write about angsty characters.
3. Take care of yourself. It's easy for parents to make you feel worthless. But it's never your fault, got it? Drink water, remember to eat (nuts and fruit are instant energy bursts), and get your sleep.
4. Find an escape. A friend's house, school, theatre, an after school club, whatever. Any time your away from home helps.
5. Listen to music! Music is always therapeutic.

This is my non-official, untried method: talk to your parents. Voice your concerns. Let them know how you feel.

Back, thank you guys, this means a lot, it's summer, so I usually stay home all day, locked away in my room watching movies and doing my puzzles, but thank you for the advice and all the support…..I hate August, cuz……….idk if my dad is ever going to come back……………….annd I made myself cry again, hold on I need to go get myself pancakes. Guys capitalism makes me mad bc I was in the dentist waiting room and this kid around my age comes in, and I can't help but overhear his convos with the receptionist and he's like…. No I can't do fluoride bc his plan doesn't cover it and it would be 25$ extra and it makes me mad that some families can't afford basic dental care
