(How many different ways can we find to say "blushing"? Lol.)
The color in Brooke's cheeks deepened, and she kept her head down as she brushed past Jake with the popcorn. A smile tugged on her lips, though, and she was quite enjoying it, even if she was getting flustered.
"Really? Well, maybe I should put a mask on so you can't see me," she joked quietly. "Then you'd be able to focus."
(Knowing me, I'll find every way possible… lol. JAKE IS SUCH A DORK!)
He turned, gazing at his embarrassed girlfriend.
"But then I couldn't kiss you, now could I?"
(It's adorable, though!!!)
Brooke blinked a few times, her mind trying to wrap around what Jacob had just said. She let the smile take over her lips as she sat down in the couch, setting the bowl on the coffee table. Turning so that she could see Jake, she rested her arms on the back of the couch.
"I suppose that wouldn't work… Well, you might just have to get that kiss now before I put a mask on," she teased, her face still warm.
(And I am awake! …I'm still torn from Bridge of Terabithia, though.
Questioning if my role in the forum family just given to me is really true.
Anyways… let's get back to the RP!)
"Will do," he proclaimed, going to the couch.
Jacob leaned closer to her, not yet doing anything, wanting to see her reaction. Finally, sparing both him and her the wait, he dove forward and gave her a kiss.
(I've actually gtg, but I'll post this!
I literally started watching that movie again just the other day, but I never finished it.)
Brooke made a surprised sound when Jacob kissed her, then smiled a bit before kissing him back. This might even be better than a movie. Maybe. Probably.
Would she ever get over the fact that she was dating Jake, now? No. No, she most likely wouldn't…
He attempted to pull her closer, though to no avail. Leaning away, he gave her a boop.
"Well, there you go," Jake smirked at her.
Brooke snorted a laugh at the boop, grinning at Jacob.
"Uh-huh. Yeah, now are we going to watch that movie or not?" she asked playfully.
(…I'm sorry. I don't think I'll be able to do this anymore.)
(It's okay, honestly. I'm sure you've got more important things to be doing. Lol.)
