Gabby please. Sleep is very hard to catch up on and if you don't get enough it can affect your appetite, fuel hallucinations, make you depressed, and fuels paranoia. Please. Sleep.

Write a to do list every morning. Every time you need a distraction do something off that list. Or do it all, than relax. Clean/organize at least thirty minutes a day. Even if nothing needs cleaned or organized, rearrange something. Listen to music, blast it as loud as you can and scream along, or just playbrelaxing music and read a book anything you feel stressed.
