Yesterday I literally ate half a veggie wrap from subway, 4 sour patch watermelons and….. no I think that's it. And maybe 8 ounces of water. I've been averaging 5-5.5 hours of sleep a night (insomnia is rude lol). And before yesterday, I still haven't been eating well and barely any water.
Though I did eat 3 meals today (one was a milkshake and fries from mcdonalds but it counts okay?), my stomach has shrunk…. I ate one simosa (like an Indian dumpling) at dinner and then I was so full I couldn't even eat the veggie soup (can't even remember the name of it now, I can barely think straight…..HA that's funny bc I'm not straight. can't ever think straight. I'm so gay. I need a nap.) wait I'm bi. uhhhhhhh okay moving on
aside from physical………. uh haven't been journaling and that's bad for my brain. Any meditating I have done (usually meditate daily), I can't do it for more than like 30 seconds (which is a far cry from my upper limit of like 15 minutes). Haven't used my bullet journal which keeps me driven. Haven't….. haven't done any writing or any other real work like all week.

Drink more water to expand your stomach. If you can, try to eat five small meals a day instead of the standard three large ones. Protein and vegetables come before grains and dairy, so if you can't eat much at least try to eat those. I told you about melatonin, I usually take three miligrams but I'm also on other medication so I recommend taking ten milligrams at seven thirty, any later and you're drowsy as fuck all morning. I hope you can get access to that. I've got more gimme a second
