It's going to be alright in the end. I promise. And if it's not alright, it's not the end.

@kat_i_am

I don't know. Is there ever really an end? Maybe the end of a chapter, the end of a page?
I believe in eternity, and I believe that even if you pass on or if I pass on, we can meet each other in the next life. So even if we perceive one's death as an "end," it's not really. They just finished this chapter of eternity a little before we did, that's all.

If you want a happy ending, it depends on where you stop the story.

@kat_i_am

I suppose it does depend on where you stop the story. But life goes on, right? And building on what I said, you or I may finish this chapter of our eternities sooner than someone else, but…. that's still not really the end, in my belief system. Like I said, I believe in eternity. And that's still part of our lives. Our lives still go on. Just not our earthly lives.

Actually, I think it's, If you want a happy ending, that depends, of course, on where you stop your story. ~Orson Welles.

@Crisis

And I must mention

We love you ChUckles! No matter what.

And why does autocorrect keep capitalizing the U

@kat_i_am

If life is a book, and we're going through it, we can stop before the last page. And then I guess that could be a happy ending. Like if you stop Hamilton before act 2 lol. (and pre-laurens interlude). Or if you end it early, it might be sad. Like if you stop after the world is wide enough, and you don't hear about the legacy Hamilton left, and how he improved the financial system in America and all the things Eliza did in his honor.
But again, life is continuing to be written. We can read along or whatever, or we can refuse to turn the page, ending our stories, so to speak. (Or, maybe, we're unable to turn to the next page in the book of our earthly lives, so we have to jump ahead to the sequel- the life after). But no matter what, I believe God will make everything right in the end. Loved ones will be reunited. There will be joy and peace. And everything will be okay.

You know the Chinese curse… "May you live in interesting times." and the second part "May you find what you're looking for."

We feel free when we escape, even if it be but from the frying pan to the fire.
