"Okie dokie," He said, leaning forward to kiss her quickly, "Love you."
"Okie dokie," He said, leaning forward to kiss her quickly, "Love you."
"Love you too." She mumbled back.
He smiled as he disappeared up the stairs. He flopped onto the bed before curling in on himself and giggling, he was going to have a child!
Lil sat on the couch. That wasn't so bad…
That is so much better than divorce. He grinned, pulling a pillow under his head.
I wonder what he was expecting…
(Guess who has to go)
He fell asleep with a grin on his face.
(aw darn. have a nice night)
Lil stayed awake, still worried about her smol.
(Guess who's back)
Razin had a dreamless nap.
(You i suppose)
Lil laid on the couch, feeling a strange craving for too-sweet spaghetti. She rose unconsciously and started boiling water.
(You suppose correctly)
He woke and got out of bed, the scent of spaghetti filling his nose.
Well, as he went downstairs to ACTUALLY get some, she'd eaten it all. The worst part was she still felt hungry.
When he had realised there was nothing but the smell left of the spaghetti he nearly cried. Instead, he looked through their cupboards to find anything but most of the snacks had been eaten by someone we will not name. "We need to go food shopping."
Lil finished off her fifth bag of chips and nodded as she licked her fingers. "I think we do, too."
"Shall we go now then?" He asked, leaning against the counter.
Lil threw the bag away. "Yeah, and I suppose I should buy more comfortable clothes for when I'm bigger."
"Yeah and we can go to the toy section," His eyes lit up in glee, "And the little boots and clothes we can get them."
Lil rolled her eyes. "Well, we'll have to clean up their room first."
"I assume they're going in the spare room then."
"Or we could clean up and move the furniture from the Guest room into that room. We hardly ever have guests."
"Yeah," He nodded, "I can't wait to decorate their room!"
"Well, we can't be too hasty. Unless we wanted to use a gender-neutral color, we should wait to decorate their room."
"Yeah, although I think we should make it fairly gender-neutral anyway. I don't know, I just want to paint a rainbow in their room."
Lil gave him a look. "Let's find out the gender first."
"Okay," He paused for a moment, "When can we find out?"
"Maybe in a couple weeks. I'll have to go to my doctor daily, though. I think I have an appointment tomorrow, thank god, so I'll just tell them then and they can check on the baby." There were subtle hints of worry in her voice.
"Do you want me to go with you?"
Lil shrugged; in Lil's language, that was almost as strong as her saying 'yes'.
"Okay, I'll be there. Shall we head to the shops now then?"
"Yeah." Lil sounded a little more confident at his promise.
