Oh my gosh when musically was popular my friend and I did a do the flop video… we literally did the flop
I had a horrible headache afterward
(We did it on a mattress, we were not flopping onto the floor. That would hurt)

Is it bad that a flop onto my bed all the time??

Well it depends how you flop. Standing on your bed and letting yourself fall forward is painful, would not recommend
Jumping onto your bed and landing on your stomach is fun but sadly my bed is higher than me and I am unable to do so

Oh okay soft mattresses are good. The mattress I did it on was really springy and I think I almost snapped my neck more that once
