"It's nice to meet you," Angel gave her a gentle smile so she wouldn't scare her away. She was always told she looked a bit scary by everyone back home and she wondered why her parents named her Angel, when everyone told her she looked like a demon.
"I-it's nice to meet you too." She said shyly, turning her attention to the smoke winding it's way up from her hands. She dropped her bag so it wouldn't catch.
Angel looked down at Adeline's hands "You okay?" She noticed it was smoking a bit and just assumed it was her powers going a bit wild.
She nodded. "Yes…"

Millie sees Angel and another girl walking towards the table and she takes out her hand for a handshake, "Hello there, my name's Millie and you are?"

"Hello… I'm Adeline." She said, holding her hands firmly to her sides
Millie saw Adeline's hands smoking and then she does a worried laugh, "Uh, I think you're hands are smoking…"
"I know… I can't get it to stop, so I need to let it just run it's coarse."
Millie looked up at Adeline with a fascinated expression, "So you have fire powers? That's so cool!"
She nodded. "Yeah… actually kind of annoying…"
Millie smiles, "It seems like you can control your fire powers pretty well. I wish I had that kind of control with my power."
Angel sat there just listening to the conversation. She wished she had a power like that, it would be pretty cool to be able to control fire. "Would both of you like to be my friend?" She rather ask then assume things and these would be her first friends.
She looked up, nodding.
Millie looks at Angel and gives her a big positive smile, "Of course we can be friends!"
That's was a lot easier than she thought. She hid her face with her pigtails smiling. The happiness she felt at this moment she would never forget. "Thanks,"
Millie smiled, "No problem! Oh by the way, what's you're power Angel? I'm curious!"
"Yeah, what can you do?"
"Eh," She was unsure if she should tell them. "Um, I can see bits of the future and I can predict when someone will die, you'll know when I scream and somehow end up next to the body." She looked away, her power was horrible "Its believed death follows me wherever I go," She couldn't look at them, they both had cool powers and she had death follow her.

"… Like The Book Thief?" She asked, tilting her head to the side.

"The book Thief?" She had a questioning look, she has never heard of that before. It sounded cool but, she had no idea what she was talking about. Her parents didnt let her do much, she only read what they gave her.
