how do you get into musicals?? like i love theatre, i played miss hanigian (idk spelling) in annie once and it was litty. but i just dont know how to get into musicals. like i want to be part of the Hamilton squad. teach me your ways

good advice. ill try it. im used to pain, i like mcr, so more pain would be interesting

i feel like the reason why so many people like pop music is because its easy to listen to. it has surface level lyrics versus 'emo' music that usually has some type of message or contains similes and metaphors. like FOB's music is always filled with different meanings versus idk cardi b who raps about having a lot of money. (no hate towards cardi, she seems pretty chill)

Exactly! (And I do like pop, don't get me wrong) But 90% of pop songs are about sex, money, and falling in love
Twenty one pilots sings about overcoming depression and anxiety, even giving it a face and name (blurryface) to try and make it seem a little less scary
Musicals are actual stories in song form
And Panic! at the disco sings about his drug, sex, and alcohol addiction, and him trying to overcome it

whatever you listen to is fine, whether its pop, emo, oldies, classical, polka, as long as you dont hate on what others listen to.
