“I’m not here for you, I’m here for him,” Ryan winced, “Shit,” he closed his eyes and when they reopened them the color of a brilliant blue shown through, “I fell asleep… sorry,” he yawned.

Fuck! She switched her eyes back to their normal green quickly. "No no no, I'm glad you finally got some sleep." She smiled softly.

He curled close to her, “Did you bring me up here?”

Technically? "Yeah, the floor looked uncomfortable."

“I dunno probably was,” he sighed, “technically what?” I don’t think she said that out loud… I hate this thing.

"Oh so you read minds now? Great, I'm screwed." She was only half joking. "Technically you walked out? Like sleepwalking into the woods? But I stopped you and brought you back."

He sighed, “Yeah, it’s been happening,” he clarified. “I’m sure it’s nothing,”

It's definitely not nothing. Something's going on. She sighed. "Yeah, I'm sure it's nothing."

“But you think something’s going on…” he sighed.

"Can you like get out of my head? I don't say some of my thoughts for a reason."

Ryan laughed and rolled until he hovered on top of her, “It’s fun in there,”

"Less fun, more insane, but sure. Let's call it fun." She chuckled.

His brushed a hand over her cheek and let it rest there, “We can be insane together,”

"We don't do that already?" She giggled.

“You can’t fight the tears that keep coming…. DAMMIT!” He sighed and put his head her shoulder in defeat.

"What? What is it?" She was kind of confused.

“I always have music running through my head, it’s like a radio in there but lately it’s been hard to keep it in my head. I’ll just randomly say lyrics or jokes or riddles or whatever and it annoys me,”

"Really? I actually rather enjoy it. It's nice to see what songs you have in there. And the riddles aren't too bad either. Plus I laugh easily so jokes are always welcome."

“They just come out with no control and I can’t stop it, it’s like someone’s forcing me to say it.” He sighed, “It’s not important,”

Yeah that's cause he's forcing you to. Trying to clear out space so our little demon friend can keep space in your mind. "Kind of is." She muttered.

“You think he’s a demon?” He tried to stay out of her head.

"Sounds logical. Although he did say he was a fox. Not sure what that's about." Hey! Buddy! Leave my thoughts alone!

“Sorry about the thoughts.” He giggles, “And Fox… I was right about the Kitsune,”

She smiled. "It's fine. I'll just have to get used to it. But if you know what he is, then what do we do about it?"

“We can—“ No no. Ryan growled in frustration. “Get out of my head”
