"Excellent," Mrs. Turner eyed her daughter. Paige gripped the boy's arm without meaning to.

Jack smiled and gently pushed her arm off. Trying not to scare or offend her, "Shall we start then?"

"I can't," Paige whispered again.

Jack looked and winked to her, "Just follow my lead."

He started reciting Juliet's lines in a goofy girlie voice. Taking all the attention from Paige.

Paige looked at her Converse. She could see the look of disapproval on her mom's face. Her face heated up quickly.

(They should get the roles and be a ship if Jack is "nonshipped" atm.)

Mrs. Turner sighed with dissappointment.

(We have three pairs vying for the roles. It's ultimately Michael's and Michelle's choice so they will most likely get minor roles. Also I literally made him on the spot lol.)

Jack finished his lines and walked up to Paige. He forced her to look at him. He whispered, "Focus on me."

Paige locked eyes with him. It was as if a match had been struck and lit. She began to say her lines flawlessly and, somehow, loud enough.

Jack smiled as he continued with his lines. He never took his eyes off of her.

(For fairness we are doing a vote as to who gets the leads. You cannot vote for your own ship/character.

Paige finished and exhaled softly. She never broke the eye contact.

(I meant that Caire is the only one on the list other than Jack and Paige that I know.)

Jack smiled as she finished up, "You did great!"

(Who did you kill? Who do I have to break out of prison?)

Paige blinked and smiled back. She looked away and instantly she closed off again.
Mrs. Turner was shocked. Her mouth hung open slightly and she stared at her daughter.

(Can Paige and Jack be a ship?)

Jack looked to the crowd and took a bow.

Paige hurried off of the stage and breathed heavily in the wings.

Jack followed her off, "Hey are you good?"
