Jay stared at the paper, who should he join with? He didn’t have friends…

Cas looked around he didn’t know anyone in this room. Sad to say he didn’t have friends.

Raven quietly stared at the paper and waited for everyone to gather up with their friends so she would be with the people that did the same as her.

Lexi skimmed the paper before looking up. Hah, yeah not happening. She thought to herself before she saw Snickerdoodle poke his head out her sleeve. "No go back." She pleaded in an urgent whisper.

Maze turned to the boy next to her "would you like to do this together?" She asked wavering the paper in her hand "I pretty good with photography so I can do that part,"

Cas smirked “I’m good at everything.” Then he smiled “just kidding but I can make a multimedia website? With like a slide show of the pictures you took and other stuff.” He asked her sheepishly. He was good at making websites but not many people knew.

Out of the corner of her eye, she could see two people talking and that gave her a sickening feeling. Why? Lexi had no idea, but she kept to herself and Snickerdoodle who had slithered down to her pocket to rest while Lexi just well sat there with her head on her desk.

Jay looked around, crap, almost everyone else had friends, and he was way too awkward to go up to someone and ask to do the project with them. Jay just sat there, staring at the paper.

Raven kept awkwardly looking around, and kept reading the paper over and over so she doesn't awkward.

"Cool," Maze looked away smiling she made a friend finally. She was happy to have a friend, but she was still extremely awkward.

“Maybe a should ask around for more groupies?” He smiled at her

"Y-yeah of course" Maze, never did well in big groups, but she would like more friends.

Cas looked around at the class, “who wants to work with me?” He asked smiling

Lexi looked up and saw the male asking if anyone wanted to join his group. What the heck is he doing? Lexi thought to herself. Wait I better join????

Jay looked over, “I-I mean… I will….” Jay mumbled quietly, trying to not draw attention to himself.

“Sure! Sorry if I made you feel awkward.” He said sheepishly “but we can have one more!

Maze smiled at Cas happy the they got more people to join. Then the smiled disappeared when she remembered she has detention. Her head landed on her desk with a thump. Her parents are going to be so mad.

Lexi gave a mental sigh before she raised her hand. "Fine, count me in."

“Welcome!” He smiles at her. Then her looked down at the sheet and wrote down the names of his groupies “oh wait I’m Caspian, call me cas, what’re your names?”

“I’m Jay.” Jay introduced himself. He looked down, not making eye contact. He started to fiddle with his hoodie drawstrings.
