"What should we name him? Charlie's a cute name… or Scout! Does he look like a Scout to you?" Vixie had picked up the dog and was carrying him, not content to just have him walk beside her. (It's a cute dog okay)
"What should we name him? Charlie's a cute name… or Scout! Does he look like a Scout to you?" Vixie had picked up the dog and was carrying him, not content to just have him walk beside her. (It's a cute dog okay)
(Ikr)
"He doesn't really look like a scout to me, I think Charlie sounds better."
"Charlie it is, then." Charlie had fallen asleep in Vixie's arms, and she seemed to have temporarily forgotten about John. Puppies are more important than mean guys, obviously.
Leon sighed when he realized Vixie forgot about John and smiles to himself slightly.
"I will take him everywhere with me. Oh! We need to get him a collar! Do you know anywhere that we can do that?" Vixie turned towards Leon.
"No, I rarely left my house unless I needed to get something."
"Hmm… we can go to a pet store tomorrow and get one. We should get him home for now." Vixie kept walking until they reached the house.
"Okay then." Leon followed her and held the door open for Vixie.
Vixie entered the house and sat on the couch, still holding Charlie. "The employee said he was a Husky German Shepherd mix. I wonder why no one had taken him already?"
"Because most people are too busy with their lives??" He suggested as he sat on the couch next to her.
"Maybe he just came in that morning so no one had seen him yet. I'm glad we found him." Vixie hugged the dog happily.
He chuckled slightly, "Same here."
"Do you wanna hold him?" Vixie held Charlie out to Leon, the puppy's fluffy tail wagging cheerfully.
"Sure." He says as he carefully takes Charlie and pets him.
Charlie licked Leon's hands before falling asleep on his lap.
He laughed slightly and petted Charlie as he fell asleep.
"So, what do you think about having a dog?" Vixie pet Charlie.
"It's great."
Vixie smiled. "So, what should our first task as puppy parents be?"
"I don't know, I'm not good at taking care of pets." He smiled back.
"I'm sure you'll do great. It's great practice for real children, no?"
"I'm never going to get real children."
"Don't be so sure." Vixie smirked, still petting Charlie. "Who knows what could happen? You may change your mind."
"True, but for now it's a no."
"Fair enough." Vixie shrugged, laying Charlie on a cushion. "For now, Charlie is our son. Close enough, anyways."
"Okay then."
Vixie nodded. "So, what now? Want to watch another movie?"
"Your choice."
"We could watch a movie about dogs! Or animals in general. Not a sad one though, like 'A Dog's Life'."
"Again, your choice. I'm fine with anything."
