Like the grunt, he found nothing. He heard the grunt's boss call him back so he can chew him out more.

He quietly followed the grunt, hoping he could find out what was happening to Jax.

"You need to go look outside, or SOMEWHERE! We need to find him again, and he keeps wriggling through our fingers!"
"Y-yes, boss, yes."

Leon looked around for anything he could possibly use as a weapon and picked up a crowbar. He gripped the crowbar firmly as he slowly got up and tried to look at them without being caught. What am I doing? I'm going to die. He thought as stood in front of them, not hiding, and pointed at the crowbar at them, "What do you want from Jax?"

The boss was a huge man with shoulders wider than Leon himself. He seemed to touch the ceiling and he glared down at the shrimp that was Leon.
"What the hell do you want with him? Do you know where he is?"

He glared back at the man, and the other person next to him, "Answer my question, right now."

The grunt looked about ready to, but his boss grabbed his neck and in one swift motion, killed him.
"Get out of my sight before you end up on my shoe, you scum."

"Says the one who kidnaps people." He rolled his eyes and held his stance, even though he was scared because of what he just saw.

He stepped towards him suddenly, with the swiftness of someone much lighter.

He did the only sensible thing and swung at the man's head, "Where. Is. Jax." There was venom dripping in his voice while he glared at the man.

The man ducked and threw a punch at Leon's stomach, which exploded with pain. "Don't talk to me like that!"

"I can talk however I want to!" He said as he let go of the crowbar and threw a right hook at the man's face.

He narrowly missed the man's nose, and the man threw himself at Leon, and they both slammed onto the ground. Leon was getting suffocated under his weight.

"HEY! ASSHOLE!" Yelled a familiar voice.
The man suddenly sat upright and a bullet flew through his head, and all of his weight fell onto Leon.

Leon was too busy trying to get the man off of him. After he was finally able to get the man off of him, he stood up and looked at the person that shot the man.

There was no one there.

Leon was confused and he picked up the crowbar again as he looked around the factory.

It was, well, for say, abandoned.

He didn't want to lose hope easily again and kept looking around for Jax.

The machines suddenly turned off, and there was a loud bang! from across the large factory.

He quickly ran to the other side of the factory.

There was a dead guy, that looked (for a heart-stopping moment) like Jax, but when Leon stepped closer it was just some side character.

He sighed in relief when the dead guy wasn't Jax and he looked around the factory.

The lights suddenly turned off, and there was another bang close by.

He stood still, waiting for his eyes to adjust to the darkness.

It was so dark, he could only rely on his other senses.

He sighed as he felt his way around the place and tried to go to the spot where he heard the noise before.

He tripped over something and fell onto the ground. He'd tripped over a dead body; he felt the blood.
There was a flash of light to his right, someone had turned on a flashlight.

He tried to look at the person that turned on the flashlight but he looked away since the light was going to temporarily blind him.

He could see it far off, hitting an opposite wall, and he could also see the dust floating around in the light's wake.

He quietly left and looked around for Jax as best as he could.
