Macha stood back, still seeing red. “Good riddance, then.”, she growled.

Zander gently pulled Dani away from the body."Dani, you said before that you knew where they were holding Ace."

Dani knew how Macha felt, so she didn't try to tell Macha off. "Come on, let's go."

Macha followed, head lowered, fists clenched. Fae… I miss you… A single tear rand down her cheek, trickling through her cracks. I’m sorry.

Dani nodded at Zander. "He's at an old abandoned warehouse that they use as a prison……………………….where they held me, and where they killed Cami." Dani shook the thoughts away.

Macha looked up at Dani’s words, still numb with shock. “What are we waiting for them?”

She sank into Zander's hug."Yeah, let's go." She led them out, holding on to Zander's hand. She led them up to an entrance near the warehouse. "Just…………try to keep your head on, okay guys? It's really bad in there."

"Okay." Zander replied, preparing for the worst the R.A.C. had to offer.

"Okay." Peter exhaled, offering a comforting look to Macha. He had little clue of her situation except for knowing she lost someone. And he understood that rage.

As they snuck into the warehouse, the smell hit Dani like a wave. She shook it off as best she could. She could hear the screams and cries. She couldn't take it. "Macha, go find Ace. Peter, go with her and keep an eye on Macha. Zander, you and I are going to help the others."

Peter nodded curtly, looking to Macha to lead the way.

"Got it." Zander said," Which way do you want to head."

"That way." Dani pointed. She led Zander into where she remembered the holding cells were. There were kids as young as two years old being held in them. She clenched her jaws. "You take right, I'll take the left. Unlock the cells and see who can still walk." She started breaking the bars of the cells on the left.

Peter stuck very close to Macha. He wasn't much at all one for acts of bravery, but… Ace needed them.

They entered a wide hallway, at the end of which was a staircase. They went up it, quietly, eventually coming to what looked to be a control room.

Zander started to work on the cells to the right, using Glimmer to slice the locks while Kata hung on his back. He worked quickly because he didn't want Dani by herself here. This was a terrible place he thought as he opened another lock.

Dani sliced the last lock on her end, then started to figure out who could walk and who couldn't.

Peter lifted his chin to soak in the new surroundings, absolutely silent.

Once Zander opened the lock, the small room opened to what at first looked like a black lump with legs. But after a moment's focus, it was a little winged nine-year-old, hugging and hiding himself in a pair of crow wings.

Macha peeked in and saw two women sitting at the computer desk inside the control room and lifted her gun silently, shouting them both with tranquilizer darts. She motioned for Peter to enter with her, and the ran over to the computer with all the prisoner files.

After Dani and Zander had helped all of the captives out, Dani noticed a sign that said "TGR captives" in Russian. "I'll be right back." She said to Zander. She raced into the other hall and what she saw turned her blood cold. She grabbed a dagger out of her boot and stuck it into the wall, making that she had been there. Then she ran back. She saw Zander's puzzled look and said, "It was nothing. Let's go find the others."

(I'm back! But notebook has been slow over here too! Maybe some kind of glitch?)

Blake woke up and yawned, stumbling blearily out of his room and into the empty common room. "Frankie?" He croaked, squinting and taking in the unnatural silence. Shrugging, he made his way over to where the food was and began rummaging through the cabinets.

Zander shoved Dani sticking the knife in the wall out of his mind, Ace came first, then if he remembered he could ask Dani what that was for. Kata meowed from his shoulder, she didn't like being left out, but this was a stealth mission.
