"In charge of the school play…I can't believe it!"
"In charge of the school play…I can't believe it!"
"Me neither……but hey. We aren't in trouble. So….that's good….." Thea said as she walked towards her car.
"Yeah…but that's a big, BIG responsibility…"
Thea nodded, opening her car door and sitting down in the driver's seat. "I know it is."
"Wait are you just gonna leave me here?"
"Get in you dummy." Thea said for an answer.
"Oh." Ferran slid in and shut the door behind him. "Sorry."
Thea smirked. "Don't apologize. You don't have anything to apologize for." She said as she started the ignition.
"Okay." Ferran took a deep breath. "Can you turn up the A/C? It helps with my motion sickness."
Thea silently turned the A/C up and then the radio, which was playing Who Says by Joshua Micah.
"So…" Ferran started. "What are your plans this evening?"
Thea was silent for a moment. "Uh……" Her grip on the steering wheel tightened.
"You want to go to my house?"
"I…..can't, at least not right away. What about….maybe I can come over at six?"
"Okie dokie." He glanced at her, concerned. "Are you alright?"
Thea sighed. I hope…. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just have to go somewhere with my aunt."
"Oh okay. Just checking." He paused. "Wait so does that mean you're driving me home?"
"…Yeah, I think….?" Thea answered.
"Well just let me know if you need to talk later." He stated. "I'm always here for you."
Thea nodded. "I know. I'll…..tell you about it later, but it might be nothing. So I don't want to make you worried for no reason."
(aaaaaaaaannnnnnnnd now you're gone)
(Sorry I got pulled away by the parents)
Ferran nodded. "Well thank you for driving me home it was very thoughtful."
Thea smiled. "You're welcome."
(Time skip?)
(Sure)
(When to?)
(To when Thea goes over to Ferran's?)
(Or would you like to know where Thea went?)

Thea's aunt squeezed her hand tightly. Thea sucked in a breath as she looked around the white walls of the hospital room she was in. The doctor finally walked back into the room, but he was frowning. His words rang in Thea's ears. "Thea, I'm sorry. You have brain cancer."
