Darren held her up by her throat with Balthazar's strength, "You are not taking her from me," A fireball formed in Darren's hand threateningly.

Rachel was scared, but a glance at Lillian changed all of that. She let out a low maniacal laugh, “Oh Darren. She’s already dead.”
Darren turned around quickly, he threw Rachel the ground with force as he untied Lillian and brought her into his arms, "No, nono I can fix this," He cried frantically. "LEO! HELP!" He yelled, his hands tried to heal her, the energy trying to force it's way into her. Darren can't heal something that doesn't have a heartbeat.
Leo heard Darren’s cry for help. He grabbed Ginger’s uninjured wrist and pulled her down with him. He saw Rachel on the ground still laughing, and Darren holding Lillian. He ran over and felt for a pulse on tthe bloody wrist, nothing. He tried her neck, nothing. She she was dead. His little Lil was dead…
"You need to do something!" Darren was crying and shaking as he yelled, "You're a-a doctor. H-Help her!"
Leo’s hands formed fists. He would help her because modern medicine couldn’t. She was too far gone for there works, “I will.”
He gently placed one hand on her heart and the other on her forehead. They started to glow as Lillian gained a slow pulse. Shallow, but there. Enough to give hope.
Darren looked at him with slight confusion, he ignored it. Lillian had a heartbeat which meant he could help her now. Darren placed his hand over her chest and a blue energy flowed into her. Lillian's wounds closed up, he wouldn't stop until he saw the green in her eyes looking back at him,
Leo removed his hands. His healing only could help those near death or dead. Normally useless, but now quite useful. He sat back as Lillian slowly opened her eyes.
Darren let out a long sigh. Leo had powers… Did Leo already know about Darren's? "Lillian?"
Leo had s suspision. Lillian looked up to the boys, “Darren? Leo?”
"Hey," Darren smiled with a tear-stained face. He couldn't bear the thought of losing her. He hugged Lillian close, "You're okay,"
Lillian hugged him limply back, “Yeah. I am. Thank you.”
"I love you," Darren had his face buried in her neck.
Lillian murmured back, “I love you too.”
Leo had taken a moment to tie Rachel up. She wasn’t walking out of this unscathed.
Darren pulled away from Lillian slowly, he stood up and turned to glare at Rachen, he had ideas of pure torture running through his mind.
Rachel started shaking. Leo had gagged her already. Lillian sat there glaring at Rachel. Oh she was so fucking dead.
Darren formed an energy ball and played with it in his hand, low voltage wouldn't kill her but it would hurt like hell. He hurdled at her and the electricity stung her torso.
Rachel screamed as it hit her. Her body jolted. Leo kicked her stomach. Rachel whimpered in pain.
Darren hated hurting people but she deserved this, he upped the voltage and shot it at her. The next thing in his hand was a fireball, he was angry with no control.
Rachel screamed and again. Tears fell down her cheeks as her body jolted around on the floor. Lillian reached up to Darren, "I think she's learned her lesson. Besides Leo is kicking the hell out of her right now."
Yeah, Leo was just kicking her in the stomach.
The ball of fire withered out as his looked at her and dropped his hands, "She deserves what she did to us,"
Lillian nodded, "I know, but I don't want you to go to prison for murder."
Darren nodded and let his hand stay limp at his side, "Okay," He said quietly.
Lillian gave him a side hug, "Thank you."
Leo stopped kicking Rachel. He stepped back.
Darren wrapped an around her and looked between Rachel and Leo, "What do we do with her?"
Leo looked to Darren, "We could call the police. Turn her in for kidnapping and torture?"
"I agree," Darren pulled his phone out.
Leo nodded and looked to Rachel crying on the ground. He walked over to them, "Anything that happened to her was in self defense got it?"
"I could compel her to think that," Darren suggested.
Leo looked to him, "Do it."
