My phone rings. I pick it up, groggily blinking at the screen, trying to figure out who it was. It was an unknown number. Well, if they're calling in the middle of the night, it's probably important. Right?
I answer it. "Hello?" I say, my voice still heavy from sleep. I hear muttering on the other end. "Tom, where's the knife? Scrub it like heck, make sure no blood is left on it." My eyes widen. Well, it's just a butt dial, and they're probably just cooking. Right? Just cooking. theyre cooking some weird stuff. I'm about to hang up when I hear more. "The little guy deserved it. We took care of him good!" Okay. I'm about to puke, and how do I call the cops on a phone number? I'll google it. But wait.. there's more. "Where do we dispose? Just trash bags?" "Nah, that's too simple. We'll burn it out back. Much less hassle."
Well. I'm going to say this is the worst butt dial ever.

She looked around at everything. The lights, the food, even the soft music. Then she saw him. Smiling brightly, almost like he was waiting for her. She fixed her hood and watched. A young man came and sat next to him. They embraced and sat down to eat the delicious smelling meal. Hours later the man left and she decided to appear. Putting on her mask and picking up her bag, she jumped out of the tree. Grinning, she pulled out a pair of head phones and hugged him from behind. “You broke my heart for another. Watching you suffer will be the cherry on top.” She whispered softly in his ear. She left him and her past behind, wrapped with a pair of headphones
