Lillian chuckled and walked after Ginger, "Yeah, but now you aren't the quarterback."

“Meh,” Darren shrugged. “Close enough,”

Lillian sighed as she smiled, "Come on let's just get to class."

Darren nodded and went to class. It wasn't even 2nd period and he wanted to go home.

Lillian sat next to him and just fell asleep.

Darren laughed at how quickly she fell asleep, maybe it would have been better to stay home today. Nonetheless, they would be stuck here for awhile unless Lillian was okay with just skipping, it wouldn't be abnormal for Darren.

Lillian wondered if they should have stayed home, but she had a feeling they needed to come today. Maybe something will happen after school that's good?

(AKA her big bro is coming :)

Darren sat through class tapping his foot impatiently, when the bell rang he was the first one out.

Lillian woke up and followed after. She felt rejuvenated.

Darren did not feel rejuvenated, he felt like crap. His usual lingering headache and foggy brained disposition along with a burning anger that he managed to keep under control so far. He walked with his hands balled into fists, he didn't even notice he was doing it, he was tense.

Lillian took her hand and entwined with Darren's. She rubbed her thumb on the back of his hand in an attempt to relax him.

Darren let out a long sigh, "Did you enjoy your nap?"

Lillian smiled and nodded, "Yeah. I really needed that."

"I really need for nothing bad to happen today or I'm going to go apeshit on these people,"

Lillian smiled at him, "Then let's hope-"

She got cut off as she fell face first into the ground as Rachel who was walking the opposite direction turned around and said, "Whoopsies."

Darren shimmered in front of Rachel and pushed her to the ground breathing heavily but saying nothing.

Rachel scowled at him on the ground. She thought about drawing a crowd, "What the hell jerk?"

"Yup, I'm a real asshole, what can I say?" Darren scowled at her.

Rachel stood up, "So you just fucking knock me to the ground with no reason?!"

She had an eye on Lillian seeing if the needle was doing it's job or not.

"I don't know… Do you just knock my girlfriend down for no reason? Honestly getting real tired of you shit," Darren pushed her over again.

Rachel smiled as she watched Lillian's breathing slow to a sleep. Good it worked, "Oh I have my reasons, but it's just fun honestly."

Darren didn't notice Lillian, he was angry and had a one-track mind. He began punching Rachel, it seemed like he'd stop after a few hits but he didn't. He continued until he saw blood.

Rachel was coughing up blood. Oh she loved the pain. She was still grinning wildly, he hadn't noticed yet! Perfect, the longer it was in, the worse the effects.
