I still have a really bad headache from yesterday's accidental caffeine overdose (I had some hot cocoa that was actually like more than half espresso). Does anyone know any headache remedies?

get a pot of water to sorta boil

put two drops of the oil in

get a towel

Close your eyes (and take off your glasses)

Put the towel over your head and inhale the steam from the pot!
