Dylan sat on a tree stump deep in the forest when two of Xhall's men overtook her. "What have we here? The little princess, the coward who left her kingdom." The two men grabbed her and started dragging her towards their camp. Dylan's scream echoed through the forest.
Leon quickly shot up to his feet when he heard Dylan scream. He ran towards the voice and quickly threw his daggers at both of the men that were dragging Dylan before they reached the camp. He went over to Dylan and offered her a hand while he collected his daggers, "Are you okay, Princess?"
Dylan grabbed Leon's hand. "Yeah. I probably shouldn't have walked off by myself." She said shakily.
"It's fine." He said as he helped her up and started walking back to the creek.
Dylan walked silently beside Leon. "Listen, about what I said earlier…"
"I don't know. I just don't know why I said it."
(Pls break this awkward cycle)
"And why is that?" Dylan asked.
(ummm, should we make them do something romantic??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????)
"Because I don't really care about anything." He replied
(Yes)
"Wow. That's nice to know." Dylan said sarcastically.
(oki den, who should make the first move?)
"I'm just very tired today." He said.
(You/Leon)
Dylan turned to face Leon. "Well then maybe you should have slept last night."
(oki den)
"But I'm supposed to protect you, how do you expect me to protect you while asleep?" He said as he looked at her.
"Think of it this way. If you're tired, you'll be to weak to protect me." Dylan answered, once again realizing how close they were standing.
"Fair point. Fine, I'll sleep tonight." He said as he blushed slightly at how close they were standing.
"Good. I'll stay up toni–oh my Leon are you……blushing?"
"You're not staying up tonight and i'm not blushing." His face says otherwise and his face turned red.
Dylan stood on her tiptoes, putting her face closer to Leon's. "Yes you are."
"No i'm not." He says as he looks away in embarrassment.
Dylan raised her eyebrow. "Mhmmm…sure you're not. Why are you blushing?"
"Do you realize how close we are?"
Dylan's cheeks heated slightly. "Sorry." She said as she stepped back a little.
"It's fine and your blushing now."
"Am not." Dylan said, blush rising more.
"You're blushing even more now." He informed her while he smiled slightly.
Dylan's face looked like a stoplight. "Why are you smiling?" She complained.
"Because I can if I want to." He said as he took a tiny step closer to her to see if he would be pushed away or not.
Dylan looked down at her feet, biting her lip, but she didn't push Leon away. "L-Leon what are you doing?"
"You'll figure it out sooner or later." He put his hand under her chin and lifted up her face so she was looking at him.
